When purchasing vehicle there, be sure it's ok. I purchased a Highlander and went to the lot for a test drive and left my salesman know that the tire pressure light was on. Neither one of us gave it much thought due to not knowing how long the vehicle was sitting there. Before purchasing this on the day of 5/31/25, they put air in the tires. Looking back the tires had previous issues because 2 valve stem caps were missing. In which they put other ones on. A week later the tires kept loosing pressure and I drove over an hour for the Service Department to look at it on 6/19/25, they found no leaks ( of course not being it's very slow ). They stated that the system was reset and put the correct air in the tires. Well today on 7/3/25, my wife told me for the second time since last service that the air pressure light was on again. Way it's looking after spending multiple thousands of dollars, I'll probably have to pay for new tires and valve stems. More

Probably only the second time I would say not 4 or 5 stars. I am very disappointed that the tires that they sold me for the car I bought from them which they do 100% of the maintenance are having uneven stars. I am very disappointed that the tires that they sold me for the car I bought from them which they do 100% of the maintenance are having uneven wear. Misalignment should have been caught by them before affecting the tires, which will now barely last half their expected lifespan. I should have been offered a substantial discount to replace the tires and fix the alignment rather than just a shrug and an “oh well.” I will certainly look for a different advisor and/or send my husband next time as I wonder if being a woman had something to do with how the issue was presented. More
