Truck sales I live in finksburg l've tried to purchase a truck from them twice. Back in 2007 and 2015. There sale's people are just not very well trained. In 2007 I tried to purchase a 2007 Tacoma was told they don't make them in four doors. Was looking to trade that in for a 2015 Toyota Tundra pro and they seem only interested in selling what they had on the lot!! So like in 2007 and 2015 I went to Russull Toyota and they didn't everything but build the truck. They moved mountains and got the job done!! Now I'll say this about koons there service dept very nice!!! Every time I take my vehicle there they were nice and helpful. I will take the tundra there. But that sales dept (not good). I just think if your looking for knowledgeable sale people, motivated sale's people go to Russuell Toyota!!! Thx More
