For two years of maintenance, nobody checked the alignment. However, I was surprised when I found a Goodyear report detailing the tire replacement. I stopped in on a whim late in the afternoon without an appointment and asking if one of my headlights could be looked at because I was having a problem. The new service manager Patrick waited on me and he appointment and asking if one of my headlights could be looked at because I was having a problem. The new service manager Patrick waited on me and he was wonderful! He invited me to come in and took the information and they promptly found the problem and replaced my bulbs in the car. From the moment I stepped in until I left, everyone was very friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. Thank you so much for the great service and Patrick… You’re the best! More

Sales representatives were great, sales managers made it clear that since they weren't making much money on the sale, they weren't interested in providing good service. Bought a used car & the oil light cam clear that since they weren't making much money on the sale, they weren't interested in providing good service. Bought a used car & the oil light came on within a week. Took to my mechanic because I didn't trust the dealer- oil was low & dirty, and all the other fluids were low as well. Tires needed air, balancing and rotating. Shame on the dealer for now having this car in proper shape for the sale. And provided only 1 key fob and no compensation for the cost to me for getting a spare fob. All these issues cost me an extra $500.. More
