Best experience ever!! I was very upset with a different salesman at the Vienna Koons. He never got back to me and gave me false information on a truck I was very interested in purchasing. So I took it upon myself to pick up the phone. I called Koons Westminster, because that was where the truck was located. I feel very blessed that a polite, patient, informative salesman picked up the phone and started to get to work for us. It only took Nathan a few hours to get back to me with all the numbers for our trade in, and out the door price of the Tundra. And a few days after that, all the paperwork was in order and we were on our way back to Pennsylvania with our newest addition to our family, my dream truck!! This was, by far, the best experience ever!! I'm one very very very happy Tundra owner, and I'm on cloud nine!! It's funny that 3 months with the other salesman almost cost Koons our business. Thank you Nathan for all your hard work and dedication. And because of you we will only deal with Koons Westminster for all our future Toyota needs. I've already told my friends, family, and neighbors that if they are ever interested in purchasing a Toyota, Koons Westminster is the best place to go!! I began to work with Jay Badiang, who after checking out my situation, was able to offer me a 2012 Toyota Corolla (significantly newer and nicer then I had anticipated). I was extremely excited and after help from Jeremy in the financing department, I was able to purchase the practically new Corolla the very next morning all due to the spectacular service from Jay and Jeremy, Jay was extremely courteous and professional without the pressure that you sometimes feel from a salesperson. I would recommend Koons Toyota and Jay Badiang to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle with a pleasant experience. More

Our salesman Cliff Hoffman was very personable from the start. It's been quite a while since we bought a new vehicle so we were a little tense at first about what to expect. Cliff answered all of our questions and let us do our own thing when looking at the various models. Cliff followed up our first visit with a few emails explaining the various options and safety ratings and such. We liked that! After a few other dealership visits with comparable highlanders we were drawn back to Koons due to our initial friendly experience with Cliff. We received exactly what we wanted and at a great price! From start to finish our car buying experience was terrific. From Cliff giving our 8 year old pointers on Mindcraft to Jeremy in finance making us laugh and feel a part of the Toyota family. We look forward to speaking with them again as well as the other staff members. We have recommended family and friends visit Koons when ready to buy a new car. Great Job! More

Smooth Process I spoke to Chuck Poole on the phone and went to see a particular car he had on the lot. I live quite a distance from this particular dealer and normally would have preferred to buy one at a dealer closer to me. But my prior experiences with the closest dealer (Russell Toyota) were terrible, so I was open to buying anywhere but there. Chuck was very good to deal with. He was pleasant, pretty straightforward, and extremely patient with my questions and requests. I had a friend with me who had bought several cars from Koons Westminster and speaks highly of the dealership and their followup services. After my horrible Russell experiences, that was very important to me. Worth traveling for. I'm only a few weeks out from buying my new car but am happy with my purchase and with my followup conversations with Chuck. I feel like I could call him any time with questions and he would be glad to help me. I would do business with him again. More

Its nice to get good customer service and professionalism when making such a long term purchase. My sales person Thomas Hardin was very thorough and made sure we understood how to work all the features on the new vehicle. He also explained the maintenance schedule and encouraged us to bring the vehicle back to Koons for issue that we may encounter. I must also say that Nigil Hayes played a large part in the transaction and ensured that I got the best deal that I possibly could and in Nigil Hayes absence, George Thompson continued to make sure everthing went smoothly. My entire family was pleased with the dealership and the new Avalon that we took home. More

I will be going back My husband and I needed a used card with 4 wheel drive for the winter. The sales team was willing to work with us and our budget. We weren't happy with our initial experience because the wait for the vehicle was very long. Once we got, home we realized that there was only one key for the SUV and we weren't given the code for the keyless entry. The change oil light was left on and the wiper blades were falling apart. After talking to the head of customer service she assured me that the matter would be resolved. All of the problems were fixed in a timely manner and were free of charge. Initially I said that we would not be returning, but because the dealership acknowledged their mistakes and took the time to resolve them, I will definitely be returning. More

The entire dealership was clean, everyone was friendly and there was a large kids playroom that kept our little guys occupied while we did paperwork.
