Overall, our experience was positive. However, less than 1 week after purchasing the vehicle, it wouldn't start. But I had to take a vacation day and, when we received the service history, we saw that the inspection report recommended that the battery be replaced, but the recommendation was declined. I will conclude by saying we would definitely consider Koons Westminster for any future vehicle purchases More
