Hassle Free Buying Experience My wife and I often take several months when making a new vehicle purchase decision, 7 months in this case. So when we made our decision to move forward we knew exactly what we wanted, including trim level and options. So we configured our Tundra on USAA and sent the pricing request out to 8 dealers. 6 of those responded but Nathan was the only one who asked if the configuration we requested was what we were looking for. Nathan stated the vehicle we requested was not in stock but he would check with the fleet manager and call me back in 10 minutes. About 5-6 minutes later he called me to let me know my configured vehicle was at another dealer and he would see if a transfer could be arranged followed by “I will call you back in 10 minutes.” About 5-6 minutes later I get another call from Nathan letting me know that he could not complete the transfer but a vehicle matching our request was on its way from the factory to another dealer in the area that they could probably arrange delivery of that one. He asked whether this was acceptable and met our requirements if he was able to arrange removal of the factory bed liner (which we did not want) and meet the USAA quoted price….I said ‘yes’. He said he would call us back in 10 minutes; again 5-6 minutes later I get a call from Nathan stating it could be done. At this point it was a done deal. After we closed this deal Nathan was exceptionally responsive on keeping us up-to-date on delivery status and went above and beyond in making this an outstanding experience including post-delivery. When we had problems with the Tundra, he remained involved to ensure we were taken care of. We have appreciated the excellent customer service and care and would not hesitate to recommend Nathan and Koons Westminster to anyone. More

Bob was able to track down the model we wanted at the Toytota factory in San Antonio. The truck was delivered promptly and was exactly what we dreamed of. In addition, Koons was able to accommodate the financing requirements of our credit union and enabled us to secure a great overall deal on our truck compared to other dealerships we surveyed during the buying process. He knew exactly what he wanted; what price he was willing to pay and, more importantly, what he wanted for his trade-in. My husband made this clear to Cliff right up front and he made it happen. We don't do haggling -- we either buy or walk. We came all of the way from St. Mary's County to look at this car and drove it away -- beautiful, comfortable Avalon Hybrid. Cliff is the most wonderful, down-to-earth, up-front salesman we have ever encountered. If only more salesmen could take a page from his book, a lot more cars would be sold. It was actually a very pleasant, fun experience with Cliff and I felt badly that we had to leave. The finance person could not have been nicer or more professional. Our experience with the Manager was the same way. I walked away wishing all three of these people were my neighbors. This experience was well worth the long trip. I can't say enough about Cliff and I definitely think he deserves an outstanding award of some type. In my 46 years of car buying, I have NEVER come across someone like Cliff.
