This was my second purhcase from Koons and both were great! Jeff was very knowledgeable about the products and what the best vehicle for our situation would be. Pam worked with us extremely hard on financing to get us where we needed to be. i can tell that there are many places where we would not have walked out with a vehicle but these folks take the time to listen and understand your personal situation and help work thru it within their guidelines. many places simply "go by the book" and have no personal interest in helping. My experience with this dealership was wonderful. So much that I drove almost 2 hours just to go to Koons of Westminster because it was recommended from a previous customer. They informed me of all the things to look out for ans supported my decision to purchase the Corolla. The customer service was phenomenal because Brook was very helpful and efficient from beginning to the end. He kept me informed of my options which was important to me. My overall experience with Koons Westminster was memorable. I would recommend this dealer to ANYONE at anytime. The price of the car was also satisfying. As part of my price research, I visited this place though their offer was higher than Rusell Toyota. They were ready to beat the price only after looking at Rusell's offer by 200 dollars. I said that I would buy from Rusell, as I felt it would be unethical, not to encourage dealers who had their best foot forward based on by back ground in business education. The internet sales manager Brad, Groft was totally unprofessional at this time with back comments while I was leaving the showroom, this guy needs a lot of training to be in such type of business. If he is the son of the owner, good luck with that. I have to say that Bob, Erwin who is the other agent was totally profession and courtious, but unfortunately he works under Brad. More

Dan was extremely friendly and quick to greet me when I walked in the door. Was patient while we test drove numerous cars. Ferd helped me buy a car when my previous car was totalled! My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at this dealer. Dan, our sales person was excellent and very responsive to all of our needs. I came to buy a new truck and met Dan Harkins. I did not know him but told him there was a truck on the lot that I was interested in checking out. Dann was able to convince one of his coworkers to let me drive there truck (exact same package, motor ect). After the test drive I knew I wanted the truck. Dann located the truck I wanted at another dealership and after discussing the price and my trade I went home to think about it. My wife and I agreed it was time for a new truck. I called Dann and went back to the dealership to sign the papers. The next day (Dans day off) he came in to make sure the truck was perfect and was what I wanted. He also went into great detail about the features and functions of the truck. Dan is honest and is willing to work with you in a proffesional manner to get you into the car or truck you want.
