This particular service visit was the quickest in and out yet. Typically I wait over an hour for oil change service which is somewhat annoying, but this time in and out in 30 minutes which is as it should yet. Disappointing to say the least. They were supposed to top off fluids, but upon visual inspection I noticed they didn’t even top off the windshield fluid! Certainly, that’s an easy thing, so who knows if they ever did ant inspection at all? I’ve bought several new trucks at Koons, but I’m no longer sure I’ll be buying there again! Very disappointed.
