Our Experience with Koons Toyota was excellent. Our sales person, Mary Ann McMorrow was extremely knowledgable of the models we were interested in. The Finance person, whose name I can not remember, w sales person, Mary Ann McMorrow was extremely knowledgable of the models we were interested in. The Finance person, whose name I can not remember, worked very well with us and gave us the numbers to purchase our new Prius. Even though I had to slow down the process,I was totally appreciative of the excellent customer service we received. The car was even prepped by our sales person, Mary Ann, as there was were not enough detailers that day. The comfort level my husband and I had driving the car off the lot would not have been obtainable without the detail instruction of the operation of the "bells and whistles" of the Prius. I would not hesitant to refer anyone to Mary Ann for their Toyota purchase and will definitely return to Koons for any future purchase of a car. It is not usual in these days to find the expert customer service that we received from Koons. The only negative I should mention would be the inexperience of one of the finance persons. It was apparent he was not familiar with details of the interst rates depending on how much to put down and was very confused as to what equated to 10% and 20% down. Jason, the F&I person worked very well with us. He ran all numbers my husband and I requested to see where our payments would be and recommended alternative financing terms. Even though we did not purchase the extended warranties, he reviewed them with us, in detail, and is recommendations. Koons Toyota should be very proud of the overall staff, 3 of 4, that we worked with. I would hope that Jason, Mary Ann and the Finance area are given an "employee award", if given as they definitely deserve it. More

I brought my car in for service, and Pam was very quick to help! She called me personally when she knew what was wrong with my car. She came up to my dad and me, when we came to pick up my car, and started talking to us, she wanted to make sure that my car was working fine and that there was nothing else she could do for us. He (and the dealership) were the first ones to let me take the car, not just for a "test drive", but to take it home and let the wife see, drive and experience it. I had recently purchased a Camry and was unsure of things for the fact this is my first Toyota. Being a single mother I need the reminders of what needs to be done and when as well as for things to be as eas for the fact this is my first Toyota. I called and spoke with Jim who was very personable and more than willing to take the time to let me know the things to do to maintain my vehicle as well as be sure the process would be convenient and easy for me with my schedule. I came in for my first service and asked for Jim not only did he remembered speaking with me but took the time out to come say hi and ask how I was and remember about me talking about my kids sports and even asked how they were doing with that!!! He made sure they took great care of my car and getting me in and out in a very timely manner knowing I had to get my son to a game. I felt very welcome and comfortable with the fact i was important and my car was being taken care of as well as my time and schedule meant something to him. I couldn't have asked for anything better!
