I had recently purchased a Camry and was unsure of things for the fact this is my first Toyota. Being a single mother I need the reminders of what needs to be done and when as well as for things to be as eas for the fact this is my first Toyota. I called and spoke with Jim who was very personable and more than willing to take the time to let me know the things to do to maintain my vehicle as well as be sure the process would be convenient and easy for me with my schedule. I came in for my first service and asked for Jim not only did he remembered speaking with me but took the time out to come say hi and ask how I was and remember about me talking about my kids sports and even asked how they were doing with that!!! He made sure they took great care of my car and getting me in and out in a very timely manner knowing I had to get my son to a game. I felt very welcome and comfortable with the fact i was important and my car was being taken care of as well as my time and schedule meant something to him. I couldn't have asked for anything better! It pay's to travel outside you normal buying realm to get a good deal. I have a dealer right down the street from me and I traveled 20 miles to go to them.
