Unfortunately this is the worst experience I’ve had when it comes to servicing my Toyota vehicle. Ive completed 2 of my service scheduled Toyota Care and on both occasions the service department failed to p it comes to servicing my Toyota vehicle. Ive completed 2 of my service scheduled Toyota Care and on both occasions the service department failed to perform the listed tire rotation. As an avid off road enthusiast I’m very diligent on marking my wheels with a paint marker (On the wheel not on the cap) and recorded their position before and after any service visit. On both service occasions at Koons the technician failed to perform this line items. It left a doubt in my mind what else is being overlooked. Based on my experience Koons Toyota of Westminster sales are one of the best buying experiences I’ve done, but I deferred from using Koons Toyota service department for future need.
