Wesley greeted me before I even got to the door, took my GTI to have it evaluated and offered a test drive. When we got back to the dealership their opening offer for my trade-in was $2,300 more than other dealers had offered me, and after one round of haggling they got it up to where it needed to be for me to trade-in rather then sell privately. They went above and beyond in every regard. From Brad answering emails within minutes most of the time, the awesome price I got for my old car, having my new tC cleaned and ready to go when I got to the dealership, the just-over-an-hour long buying process, to their willingness to travel out of state to pick up the exact model and color I wanted; Koons WOW'ed me.
