Dann was able to convince one of his coworkers to let me drive there truck (exact same package, motor ect). After the test drive I knew I wanted the truck. Dann located the truck I wanted at another dealership and after discussing the price and my trade I went home to think about it. My wife and I agreed it was time for a new truck. I called Dann and went back to the dealership to sign the papers. The next day (Dans day off) he came in to make sure the truck was perfect and was what I wanted. Everytime I have returned for routine maintence I have made an effort to look him up. He always has a positive attitude. My only problem is that I live a good 45 minutes away from the dealership. I came to buy a new truck and met Dan Harkins. I did not know him but told him there was a truck on the lot that I was interested in checking out. I walked into Koons Toyota for the 1st time about a month ago. I knew what I wanted but was not ready to purchase. I went with the intent of finding out how much of a trade in I would get and if it made sens ago. I knew what I wanted but was not ready to purchase. Dan was very patient, there was no pressure, has wonderful follow through and most of all was willing to work with my time frame. Dan called me with inventory updates once a week and when I was ready to buy, about 4 weeks later, I called Dan to let him know I was coming in. Dan was very easy to work with and took care of me - the customer. I had to return my old tags to the MVA and Dan brought me my paperwork since I had limited time. That's above and beyond!
