As a representative Todd was excellent. He was kept me informed as to what needed to be done to my car as well as pricing. He processed me out, and I was able to pay him and pay through him He was kept me informed as to what needed to be done to my car as well as pricing. He processed me out, and I was able to pay him and pay through him and then he walked it over to the cashiers office gave me my ticket to get my car wash and all of that so Todd was an excellent representative. I love the alignment that was done. Apparently it was minimal alignment needed, but they did the alignment and I feel the difference in high on my car is driving.. My only concern was that in the waiting area the coffee machine was not working nor was the television so I’ve never been to a car dealership with you couldn’t get a cup of coffee or watch television so hopefully you guys are gonna fix that. More
