Dan was great to work with. I felt as though his goal was to find a vehicle that would fit my needs. Of course he would like to sell me a vehicle, but that was secondary to finding the right car or truck for to find a vehicle that would fit my needs. This was my first experience buying a new car and going into it I was not expecting it to be so difficult at first. I asked him if he could transfer the car I was looking for to the dealership and he told me that he'd make a few calls then would call me back. He did so within a few hours to let me know that he had gotten the transfer. I came in the next day and Brooks handled all my paperwork and questions with ease. They called me as soon as the car arrived and I went and picked it up. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and open about the whole process. We were looking for a used car that was both affordable and economical (good gas mileage). We looked at a couple of dealers before we went to Koons. As soon as we entered the parking lot of the used car lot, Dmitry greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. We told him what we wanted (including the monthly payments we can afford). He immediately showed us a 2005 Toyota Prius that just got in. The Manager, Ron and the financial staff worked with us and got us a good deal that we could not pass up. We came in on a Monday and drove off on Wednesday of the same week with our new used car and the monthly payments we can afford. We are so please and would definitely come back and will recommend this dealer to our family & friends. More

We called Koon's, and told them we wanted to stay local but we also wanted our price matched They came through and for a few hundred extra I was able to get the car I wanted, in the color I wanted with all added features.
