This was my first time buying a new car, and me and my parents had done a lot of homework with finding prices on the internet. We had wanted to go to another dealer, because they were giving us a price we parents had done a lot of homework with finding prices on the internet. We called Koon's, and told them we wanted to stay local but we also wanted our price matched They came through and for a few hundred extra I was able to get the car I wanted, in the color I wanted with all added features. Dan was very friendly and very professional. He followed up to see if we were interested but was not at all pushy (which is something I am impressed with). Since I had not purchased a car in over 21 years up to see if we were interested but was not at all pushy (which is something I am impressed with). My car had to be brought from another state and he informed me about the process and followed up to let me know it was in route. Once the car was here we arranged a time to meet and go over the car (he was even going to come back after leaving for the day). He went over the car from front to back explaining all the features. We are thinking about purchasing an suv of some sort and we will come back to see Dan. I would recommend Dan to anyone wanting to purchase a car. Pam worked with us extremely hard on financing to get us where we needed to be. i can tell that there are many places where we would not have walked out with a vehicle but these folks take the time to listen and understand your personal situation and help work thru it within their guidelines. many places simply "go by the book" and have no personal interest in helping. My overall experience with Koons Westminster was memorable. I would recommend this dealer to ANYONE at anytime. The price of the car was also satisfying. As part of my price research, I visited this place though their offer was higher than Rusell Toyota. They were ready to beat the price only after looking at Rusell's offer by 200 dollars. I said that I would buy from Rusell, as I felt it would be unethical, not to encourage dealers who had their best foot forward based on by back ground in business education. The internet sales manager Brad, Groft was totally unprofessional at this time with back comments while I was leaving the showroom, this guy needs a lot of training to be in such type of business. If he is the son of the owner, good luck with that. I have to say that Bob, Erwin who is the other agent was totally profession and courtious, but unfortunately he works under Brad. More
