I traded in the Sienna van which I purchased one year ago and bought the Prius to save the gas bills for my recent long commute. He is very helpful and patient and I can trust him 100%. That is the reason why I have to purchase my two Toyota cars at Westminster where it takes me one hour to get there from my house. It's worth it for sure!! More

This was my first experience buying a new car and going into it I was not expecting it to be so difficult at first. I talked to every Scion dealership in MD and got the run around from just about everyone. into it I was not expecting it to be so difficult at first. I asked him if he could transfer the car I was looking for to the dealership and he told me that he'd make a few calls then would call me back. He did so within a few hours to let me know that he had gotten the transfer. I came in the next day and Brooks handled all my paperwork and questions with ease. They called me as soon as the car arrived and I went and picked it up. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and open about the whole process. My mother recommended them to me and I'm so glad she did. They completely changed my opinion on buying a car. Thanks guys! More

We were looking for a used car that was both affordable and economical (good gas mileage). We looked at a couple of dealers before we went to Koons. As soon as we entered the parking lot of the used car lot, Dmitry greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. We told him what we wanted (including the monthly payments we can afford). He immediately showed us a 2005 Toyota Prius that just got in. The Manager, Ron and the financial staff worked with us and got us a good deal that we could not pass up. We came in on a Monday and drove off on Wednesday of the same week with our new used car and the monthly payments we can afford. We are so please and would definitely come back and will recommend this dealer to our family & friends. More

This was my first time buying a new car, and me and my parents had done a lot of homework with finding prices on the internet. We called Koon's, and told them we wanted to stay local but we also wanted our price matched They came through and for a few hundred extra I was able to get the car I wanted, in the color I wanted with all added features. Dan was very friendly and very professional. He followed up to see if we were interested but was not at all pushy (which is something I am impressed with). Since I had not purchased a car in over 21 years up to see if we were interested but was not at all pushy (which is something I am impressed with). My car had to be brought from another state and he informed me about the process and followed up to let me know it was in route. Once the car was here we arranged a time to meet and go over the car (he was even going to come back after leaving for the day). He went over the car from front to back explaining all the features. We are thinking about purchasing an suv of some sort and we will come back to see Dan. I would recommend Dan to anyone wanting to purchase a car. After purchasing the car I had mud flaps installed on the car and everyone in the service area were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Very good dealership!! More

Pam worked with us extremely hard on financing to get us where we needed to be. i can tell that there are many places where we would not have walked out with a vehicle but these folks take the time to listen and understand your personal situation and help work thru it within their guidelines. many places simply "go by the book" and have no personal interest in helping.
