Buying a new vehicle can be less than a fun experience. I took my SUV to Koons Toyota for a service inquiry. While my problem was being diagnosed, I went to the car lot to ONLY look at new Tacomas. Nathan Voelkel approached and asked if he could answer questions I might have. He explained features I wasn't familiar with and talked to me about the sales incentives that were being offered. I liked his sales approach. He was personable and friendly without being "pushy". He showed me vehicles that perked my interest. I remind you, I was at Koons for a service call and NOT to buy a new truck. The next day I took my wife to Koons to look at the Tacoma trucks on the lot. She wasn't in favor of a new truck, but liked a red model and we took it for a test drive. She has tight reigns on the family budget and set a limit on the monthly payments. With the help of Nathan and several of the Koons staff, the new Tacoma is now in our driveway. When I review this experience, I recognize that Nathan's personable sales approach is what turned me from a 'looker' to a buyer - and an overall fun experience. More
I have been in customer service for more than 30 years so I know what good service is. The service at Koons of Westminister was not good it was absolutely FANTASTIC. I have never had a better experience anywhere "EVER"! I 100% will be a customer for life. George and his staff went out of their way to get me into a vechicle that I did not think I could get.I know a lot of people and I will recomend Koons of Westminister to anyone looking for a vehicle. If you are giving out awards for outstanding service this is the dealership that deserves it most. I live much closer to another dealeship but they are not even in the same ballpark as Koons of Westminister when it comes to customer service. As a matter of fact they pale in comparison. This is the second vehicle I have bought from the George and Bob duo. They are easy to work with and work very hard to make the deal a positive for both parties. I was sent to this dealership by my girlfriend who had purchased a car a year ago from the same place. Daniel was the first to approach me and was the lucky winner that day for my business. From the get go he made me feel very comfortable by answering all my questions. I did not feel the pressure from Daniel that I have felt from other salesmen. He did not try to talk me into anything and really put the decision in my hands. During the haggle phase which we all dread because of the constant walking away and "checking with the manager" I still did not feel pressure or harassed or really even annoyed. Daniel truly worked with my pricing options and got the trucks price lowered to what I was comfortable with and also worked to get the trade in value of my Honda. He even showed me the value of the 0% financing they offered by showing how much money I will save over 5 years by not paying any interest. All in all Daniel was a great salesman to work with. He is a patient no hassle no pressure kind of person and that makes buying a car almost a pleasure. With my great experience and my girlfriends I see no reason why I would try any other Toyota dealership again. More

Dan impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicle and at no time did I feel pressured during the buying process. Dan was great to work with. I felt as though his goal was to find a vehicle that would fit my needs. Of course he would like to sell me a vehicle, but that was secondary to finding the right car or truck for to find a vehicle that would fit my needs. Of course he would like to sell me a vehicle, but that was secondary to finding the right car or truck for me. This created a team type environment that made decision making easier. Once I decided on the type of truck, Dan and the staff at Koons worked with me to get to a price point that fit my budget. Dan was right there every step of the way, looking over the paperwork and making sure that everything was correct. He demonstrated all the instruments and guages and even put the new tags on the truck. The environment at Koons in Westminster is helpful and friendly and I would recommend Dan and the dealership to anyone who asked my opinion. More

Everyone comes out of their offices to say hi and talk to us, not just about cars, but everyday things too. Bob is an amazing salesman and person. He truly loves his job(as you can tell by his ever-jolly smile) and has helped us to get the cars that we want for unbelievable deals. We never feel like we are being haggled or put-off, when a deal is in the making these guys really go out of their way to make it happen and benefit the customer first. More

He is very helpful and patient and I can trust him 100%. That is the reason why I have to purchase my two Toyota cars at Westminster where it takes me one hour to get there from my house. It's worth it for sure!! More
