The Koons Westminster Toyota staff was able to quickly obtain the car with the features I wanted, a 2012 Camry LE in Cypress Pearl with Ash interior, power driver's seat, and carpet mats, which was being obtain the car with the features I wanted, a 2012 Camry LE in Cypress Pearl with Ash interior, power driver's seat, and carpet mats, which was being shipped to another dealer close by in Baltimore. The staff also negotiated a fair price for the car and provided detailed information on the extended warranty and service package options. The new car arrived at Koons Westminster Toyota in a timely manner, with the low mileage I expected from the other dealer, and in perfect condition. Everything occurred just as the staff said it would; they also complied with my requests for no dealer decals on the car and no smoking near the car. I am pleased with the results and the car. This dealership and specifically my salesperson, Bob Erwin, was great. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted so they found it and gave me a great deal. Westminster has to be better because they're out in the country and don't have the customer resource base that the city places have. Plus...they're just better. Go see them if your need a new car.
