Bob Erwin from the very start was informative, was very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. Had it not been for my own hesitation in purchasing at that exact moment I am sure I would have left the dealership with the Rav4 that day. I am pleased to say that Jason was also extremley helpful and made sure that I left with the warranties that I truley needed, I never felt like it was all a sales pitch, I truley felt that he had my best interest at heart. I have had struggles in the recent past and didnt know that it was going to be possible to purchase a new vehicle, Wendy, Bob and Jason never once made me feel like a less than perfect credit score customer. Since my purchase, Bob has continued to call me to see if I had any questions or concerns with the Rav4. This is my first Toyota, and so far I am very pleased with my choice. I will HIGHLY recommend Koons to my family and friends, and actually already have, this purchase was truly stress free and enjoyable, something I never thought I would say about purchasing a vehicle. Matt was friendly and accommodating through the purchase, and after conferring with the used car manager, was able to bring the "Wow" price down to KBB (Good) Private Party (which is what you shoot for when buying a used car). The dealership also fixed a scratch for me (the work was included in the price) and did a nice job with the work. I would definitely recommend buying a used car from Koons. More

After being a loyal Ford customer for 20 years, the local Ford dealership was unable to make the deal we were looking for by $1000. After researching Toyota, we decided to give Koons Toyota a try to see what Ford dealership was unable to make the deal we were looking for by $1000. After researching Toyota, we decided to give Koons Toyota a try to see what they could offer us. We did not know anything about Toyotas when we walked into the showroom. Rob was very helpful from the get go. He answered every question thoroughly and was eager to answer my questions and show me how Toyota compared to Ford. He showed us the Highlander and 4Runner as we were looking at the Ford Explorer. We ended up “sleeping” on the Toyota decision, but returned the next day to look at the Rav4 as a smaller option. We quickly decided that the 4Runner was what would best fit our family and needs and Rob got to work finding the 4Runner we wanted and working on our deal. We are very pleased that Koons was able to work with our trade-ins and give us a better deal than we were asking from the Ford dealership. Thank you Koons of Westminster and Rob for making the deal! Nathan was my main contact by e-mail and subsequently by telephone. He responded promptly and efficiently with honest and accurate information. The original price quote seemed within reasonable limits for local market conditions but the initial trade-in was outside my expectations. Dan entered the negotiations at this point, remaining equally efficient and respectful. He was optimistic a second evaluation of my trade-in by the general manager could be fruitful in closing the gap. A meeting convenient to all was arranged within two days. The next estimate closed the gap considerably but was still around $925 below my intent. A final proposal essentially split the difference (slightly in my favor) with a bit of administrative magic. I ended with 75% of my trade target and everyone seemed satisfied. While Nathan got the new Tacoma prepped and shined Jeremy with equal congeniality and efficiency executed all the necessary payment and titling documentation. All in all, a rather pleasant experience worth the 45 minute drive. Should there be another Toyota on the horizon, Koons will be my starting point. More
This is my 4th vehicle from Koons. From the first visit, my husband and I have been always been treated well. Bob has always come through with the vehicle we wanted and made the process fun. He, and Jeremy, have always explained every step of the process (purchasing to financing), skipping nothing even though we've now purchased multiple vehicles from Koons. The service department is excellent. Todd gets me in and out very quickly and works around my schedule. Most of my dealings with the service department have been for scheduled maintenance, buy the (very) few times a vehicle has been in for more that maintenance, the problem is quickly identified and solved. More
