I am very displeased with the way this sale had went. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to be lied to 3 times before arriving, the lack of detail on the sellers part. Was very pushy with paperwork, and wanted me to sign paperwork before even seeing the car I was purchasing. Neglected several times to go over payment pricing, the terms of loan or the interest rate. I have never been treated with disrespect in my life, to have my 65 year old grandmother with and just hear "word to your mother" when we said we needed to think about things was unprofessional. I am very displeased with the dealership as well as the sales representative, I have contacted another dealer and am now in great hands. More

From the very first inquiry to the delivery of the Prius, Tony was wonderful. Everything was exactly as advertised and Tony was direct, reasonable and a heck of a nice guy to boot. We bought a Toyota Venza from this dealership about a month ago, when we got there that night they told us they would have us in and out of the dealership within a hour. Let me tell you after 4 hours of being there I was completely tired, than the price they promised over the phone from the general manager was not the same when we got back to finalize the paperwork. Than to top it off they wanted to charge $895 dollars for Gap insurance, when I bought a more expensive highlander at another dealership a week before and it was only $450. Than they only have one key for the Venza and told me they would mail it to me which was a lie, they email me to set up a appointment to come get the key so they could program it failing to realize I live over a hour away, they told me this is the only way you get your other key. For a dealership that says customers come first I FIND THAT A BIG LIE!!!! More

Based on our research we found the prices of their vehicles to be reasonable and we were given decent value for our trade. In the finance office we had a similar experience in which we were given a reasonable interet rate; not the best we qualified for, but within a point or two. When we were asked about warranties and add-ons we declined everything and were not pressured to purchase anything additional. Overall this was a painless, almost enjoyable experience from start to finish. We found everyone to be friendly, patient, and understanding of our needs. More

On the day we were ready to purchase, Bob had the truck in the engine bay, detailed and ready to go! He makes the paperwork process painless and does a great job of explaining what each document is as we are signing. Bob was able to work out a great deal for us and the dealership offered us a great trade-in on our Tacoma. Jeremy was just as wonderful to work with. He made the finance process painless and was incredibly patient and thorough. He was able to work out different monthly payment options with all of the different options available until we were ready to commit to a certain options package. Throughout the process, neither Bob nor Jeremy was pushy and both gave us the time that we needed to make the best decision for us. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and not only will we continue to buy all of our vehicles from Bob and Koons but we will also definitely continue recommending our friends and family to Koons! By the time my wife headed to Koons, it was all organized. Ken, Wendy, and Jeremy were very friendly, personable, informative, and worked hard to make our deal work for us.
