I had a great experience at Koons of Westminster while purchasing my new 2013 Rav4. A lot of people have the fear of car salesmen being pushy and trying to get you to spend more than you want on a car pu purchasing my new 2013 Rav4. Thomas was willing to work and meet my budget. Whenever I have questions, he is just a phone call away. I made an extra purchase of adding mud guards to the SUV and when I went to Koons to have them put on, Thomas met me in the lobby and escorted me to the Service Center. I am a 70 year old women and this was my first experience purchasing a new car without my husbands help. I had a list of very precise needs that started with wanting a car that was comfortable for my husband purchasing a new car without my husbands help. All of the staff at the dealership worked very hard to make Tom comfortable, especially Nathan and Cliff and to work with me during the times when I could go to the Dealership. They were all very attentive and helpful. This relieved the stress of caring for my husband and buying a car at the same time. The part of purchasing a car that concerned me the most was all the paperwork. Cliff did an excellent job of preparing me for this process and Dmitry explained all of the steps very carefully to me and my son. All went very smoothly. Now that we have the car, every time we go for a ride Tom says this is a really nice car over and over. He is very pleased and so am I. I am very displeased with the way this sale had went. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to be lied to 3 times before arriving, the lack of detail on the sellers part. I have never been treated with disrespect in my life, to have my 65 year old grandmother with and just hear "word to your mother" when we said we needed to think about things was unprofessional. I am very displeased with the dealership as well as the sales representative, I have contacted another dealer and am now in great hands. More

We bought a Toyota Venza from this dealership about a month ago, when we got there that night they told us they would have us in and out of the dealership within a hour. Let me tell you after 4 hours of being there I was completely tired, than the price they promised over the phone from the general manager was not the same when we got back to finalize the paperwork. Than to top it off they wanted to charge $895 dollars for Gap insurance, when I bought a more expensive highlander at another dealership a week before and it was only $450. Than they only have one key for the Venza and told me they would mail it to me which was a lie, they email me to set up a appointment to come get the key so they could program it failing to realize I live over a hour away, they told me this is the only way you get your other key. For a dealership that says customers come first I FIND THAT A BIG LIE!!!! More
