This dealership was recommended to me , and I'm glad I went! This dealership really went above and beyond to make my car buying experince as smooth as posible. They saved me time and money. I began my search for a new car by trying to find the value of my 10 year old Land Cruiser. Thomas Harbin responded to my search, and he was very professional and helpful, as at that time I wasn't really value of my 10 year old Land Cruiser. Thomas Harbin responded to my search, and he was very professional and helpful, as at that time I wasn't really sure which Toyota I wanted to purchase. After test driving the Prius I made up my mind that this is the car that best suited my needs. Thomas stayed with me from the beginning to the end, and has continued to follow up with me regarding my satisfaction. My husband and I just bought a Rav4 from Koons Wesminster Toyota in January. We could not have been more pleased with our salesman Chuck Pool. A few months ago my husband and I bought a new Tacoma from Tom Harbin at Koon's in Westminster. He was the best sales guy we've ever come across. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable but didn't pressur from Tom Harbin at Koon's in Westminster. He was the best sales guy we've ever come across. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable but didn't pressure us. Because of his professional presentation we were convinced that the Tacoma was the best value for us long term, even though the other trucks were cheaper. He showed us the service and maintenance process, he spent a lot of time going over all the gadgets in the truck before we left. Tom also called me and my Hubby separately to thank us the next day and make sure we didn't have any questions. Recently, I was confused about the radio and stopped by to ask a question. Tom greeted me by name! and stopped what he was doing and took about 20mins to show me, explain and make sure I understood everything on the radio. That was really impressive to me. More
