We live in Baltimore and were a little hesitant to buy a car so far from home b/c you have to bring your car back for the next two years to take advantage of all the free dealer incentives. The entire dealership was clean, everyone was friendly and there was a large kids playroom that kept our little guys occupied while we did paperwork. all i can really say about this dealership and these 3 guys in particular is that koons toyota never ceases to amaze me. started purchase with nathan via internet. process evolved into numerous telephone/internet communications. nathan was always prompt and courteous in all communications. explaining in detail all aspec evolved into numerous telephone/internet communications. nathan was always prompt and courteous in all communications. explaining in detail all aspects and procedures. always being professional and courteous. having purchased for own personnel use and children, more than fifty vehicles, this was the best experience ever. arrangements were made to arrive for search and evaluation. vehicle and salesman were ready as promised. a complete explanation of vehicle and capabilities were explained. the purchase was explained the price was agreed upon and a toyota sienna was purchased. due to family disabilities a conventional spare was requested and purchased. tire and rim prepared and delivered upon pick-up. all procedures and requirements were explained thoroughly. the vehicle was delivered in pristine condition and professionally explained. being 75 years old the new gadgets were somewhat confusing, not a problem all were explained thoroughly. I even understood some of them, ha. all information was explained and loaded into vehicle. to sum things up professional, efficient, friendly and accurate. at all times nathan listened, understood and acted. koons hired a u. s. veteran and he will be a credit to their sales force. thank you. bravo-zulu. All negotiations and review of vehicle were done on line and in fact, I never saw the vehicle until delivery. This was a great plus due to some family health issues and the distance from SE PA to Koons. Craig responded when Mike was off and he too was most accommodating to my needs. The price agreed upon was fair and Mike even delivered the vehicle, 1/12 - 2 hours with no charge to me. Koon's allowed me to take ownership even though the check from my bank was not here. All I had to do was complete a Finanace application which was held in case I left town with the truck. I greatly appreciate being treated like a responsible adult during the whole process. Bottom line, I will and have recommended Koon's for a Toyota and will shop there again. Many thanks to Mike and Craig for making mine a 5 star buying experience. Mike W More

Went to look at the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo, once the guy Tony saw I was under 21 he seemed uninterested in showing me the car. Saying multiple times I might need to get my "Grammy" down to the dealership to Tony saw I was under 21 he seemed uninterested in showing me the car. The car was dead after only 3 days on the lot, grill was busted and stains on all the seats. Once I got in for the test drive (which was less than a quarter mile) he told me numerous times not to rev the engine too high claiming "You can do that after you buy it". To give you a background the Evo is a performance based car. The engine is the only reason it's worth 24k used. When I asked to reduce the price for the grill and the stains he said he would sell it for his price either to me or someone else. When I told him to call me in a couple months if they changed the price if it didn't sell, he cut me off half way through to tell me "it will sell and if not it's going to auction in 36 days" More
