The only dealership I trust There is a reason I only do business with Koons Toyota (for 20 years now). They treat me like I matter. Yes, a dealership does exist where the customer matters. Over the years they have done everything to make the simple repairs and the major repairs go without any stress. Todd Eckard is hands down employee of the decade and they know that when the time comes I will get my next Toyota from them. After years of being treated second class by other dealerships I am so glad that I found Koons Toyota. More

Koons Westminster Toyota made it easy I needed to get a new vehicle on short notice. I decided to get another Toyota Tacoma, but a model that I wanted proved difficult to find on all of t I needed to get a new vehicle on short notice. I decided to get another Toyota Tacoma, but a model that I wanted proved difficult to find on all of the local, and even regional, dealer websites. I eventually found 2 Tacoma models that I was interested in on Koons Westminster Toyota's web site, but the trucks were not at the dealership yet: they were in transit there. I contacted a sales representative at Koons, and asked to be notified when the Tacoma's arrived at the dealership. Several days later, early Saturday morning, the sales representative called me to say that one of the Tacoma's I'd inquired about had arrived at the dealership. Went to the dealership a short time later in the morning to find the new Tacoma parked out front, waiting for me to test drive it! Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly, straightforward, honest (sales representative, sales manager, finance administrator). Koon's made the financing application / processing for the Tacoma very easy and efficient through Toyota Financial Services, even offering a better interest rate than I had obtained through pre-approval from my Credit Union. I was home with the new truck by 2:00pm that Saturday. Good job, Koons Westminster Toyota. More

In the past the negotiating experience was less than desirable with other dealers but Koons was truly a good experience. I will definitely be coming to Koons for all my automotive needs. I was recently engaged and my fiance and i both were impressed with Koons. We had a strict budget and wanted a new Jeep, but for now Koons put us in what we need and when we can afford a Brand New JEEP we will be back to Koons. Not a Happy Camper with this dealership My Name is Mohan Harricharan of Bel Air MD, I bought a used 2009 Toyota Corolla from this dealer ship from Salesman Jay Badiang on 2/28/15 and was as My Name is Mohan Harricharan of Bel Air MD, I bought a used 2009 Toyota Corolla from this dealer ship from Salesman Jay Badiang on 2/28/15 and was asked by this salesman to write a review immediately, and I did write a review that I was happy with the vehicle. I owned this used 2009 Toyota Corolla for a little over 30 days and discovered the vehicle was fitted with 4 different tires which I failed to notice when I was shown and took the car for a test drive and Jay did not make me aware of the tires prior to the sale, I went to Mr Tire and purchased new tires and replaced the 4 different ones which cost $330.00. As of date the VSC Off light came on the dashboard and I took the vehicle to Churchville Diagnostic Auto in Bel Air and was informed" The ECU Computer is bad and need to be replaced" the cost for a new Computer and labor charges will cost me $1000.00 I am writing this review to express my disappointment in purchasing this used 2009 Toyota Corolla Mohan Harricharan 4/30/2015. He explains what my car needs and why it needs to be done to make my car last longer and for it to be safe .Hi attiuted towards me as the customer is very proffsional and with kindness and wathces out for me to make sure my car is safe to drive in. When parts needs to be replace he explains why they do and how it effects my car, He also looks at the whole picture overall on saving me money to have costly repairs, I feel as a customer he is a great access to Koons and should be reconized on his sevice and is determain to make his customers happy and with a good service experince. I have great repect in Malcom Drakeford he goes the extra mile to save the customers money or if he needs to communicate to the upper mangers on behalfe of his customers he does. Smooth Transaction I did my research online and decided on the car I wanted. It turns out that Koons Westminster is the only dealer in miles that carries this trim, so I did my research online and decided on the car I wanted. It turns out that Koons Westminster is the only dealer in miles that carries this trim, so I know there’s not that much room for negotiation although the price seemed reasonable based on research. I also looked up this site and was glad to know that Nathan had such high ratings. I was in at 10:30am and out the door at 1pm. Nathan even bought me snacks when I got hungry. Jeremy was very nice to work with as well. The entire time I did not feel like there’s pressure from anyone to buy anything or anyone trying to upsell me anything. There also wasn’t a lot of back and forth on numbers since we talked through it beforehand. So the entire process was very smooth and pleasant. Nathan helped me connect my phone to the car and brought me up to speed with the newest technologies. I was driving a 2005 corolla and now I have backup camera, bluetooth connection, USB, aux connection and a moon roof! Now I can talk legally on the phone while driving in MD! I don’t have my license plates yet since I’m not a MD resident and it takes time, but I feel confident in giving them high ratings. So thank you in advance for Fedexing my plates! More

Cliff made our car buying experience easy. My wife and I saw the Highlander she wanted on Koon’s web site and we inquired. Cliff Hoffman called us within 15 minutes and asked how he could help. We sat up a time to meet with Cliff, he took my wife through all the features and within an hour we purchased the Highlander.
