Excellent service! A few months ago we bought our 4 runner from Matthew Hands! He made us feel so comfortable and answered any questions we had! A week ago we decided to trade in a smaller vehicle and upgrade to a new truck. Again Matt was our salesman. I will make the long trip to buy again from them I had to travel 3 hours to this dealership and they stayed open to help me. My salesman, Jake Baadte, did all the leg work over the phone so when I go I had to travel 3 hours to this dealership and they stayed open to help me. My salesman, Jake Baadte, did all the leg work over the phone so when I got there it was very quick and easy. Jake was really awesome to deal with, he wasn't pushy and was personable. Tony has chosen the wrong profession I bought a 2012 Sienna at this dealer and now am in the process of purchasing a used car. I dealt all deal texting back with Matt, who was helpful. We I bought a 2012 Sienna at this dealer and now am in the process of purchasing a used car. I dealt all deal texting back with Matt, who was helpful. We finally arrived at a final cost and my husband and I arrived for a test drive. We were shuffled to a second person Roberto who contradicted what Matt had told us. He told us Toyota doesn't certify anymore. Finally Tony the service manager came out and told us Matt had given us a typo and the cost was not 11,200.00. So the best deal he could give was 12,200.00. He was extremely unprofessional. He said we came in thinking we were getting a 'steal'. I said actually I was negotiating what I felt was a fair price based on Kelly blue book values,etc. he handed the quote to one of his salesman and said put this deal in the shredder and basically dismissed us. I can promise that I will NEVER buy from this dealership again nor will I ever service my van there. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I live and work in this community as I am sure these people do as well. I am sure our paths will cross paths. Bad service Toyota. Shame on you. I will go back to Honda. More

Disappointing experience Checked inventory on website......found 2 trucks that fit my needs. Scheduled appt and drove 75 miles to dealership to buy a truck. They advertised an Checked inventory on website......found 2 trucks that fit my needs. Scheduled appt and drove 75 miles to dealership to buy a truck. They advertised an msrp, market price and WOW price. Although I asked the WOW price before going to dealership the salesman conveniently ignored that email. Get to dealership and the best price I am given is what they'have listed on website as market price ;.....so much for the WOW price LOL Didn't really make a difference because my first pick from their online inventory didn't exist..... I mean they could not locate the truck. They later informed me the truck had been sold 3 weeks earlier and the website inventory was never updated ("and truck is still on website now!) Classic case of bait and switch to get you in the door...... More
