Disappointing experience Checked inventory on website......found 2 trucks that fit my needs. Scheduled appt and drove 75 miles to dealership to buy a truck. They advertised an Checked inventory on website......found 2 trucks that fit my needs. Scheduled appt and drove 75 miles to dealership to buy a truck. They advertised an msrp, market price and WOW price. Although I asked the WOW price before going to dealership the salesman conveniently ignored that email. Get to dealership and the best price I am given is what they'have listed on website as market price ;.....so much for the WOW price LOL Didn't really make a difference because my first pick from their online inventory didn't exist..... I mean they could not locate the truck. They later informed me the truck had been sold 3 weeks earlier and the website inventory was never updated ("and truck is still on website now!) Classic case of bait and switch to get you in the door...... More

Damien, the sales professional, went above and beyond My husband and I recently purchased a new RAV4 from Koons. The entire experience was wonderful. Damien, the sales professional, went above and beyond even staying after hours twice to ensure all our questions were answered, even though he knew we weren't going to purchase that night. He explained all the different features and if there was something he wasn't sure of he immediately found someone who was able to assist us. He was prompt in returning calls and always greeted us professionally when we walked through the doors. Regina and Jeremy in the finance department also went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered. Regina took time to explain all of our finance options and made the entire finance experience easier to understand. Jeremy made sure our "trip" to the finance office was flawless, and was efficient in getting everything done so we were on our way in a timely manner. This car buying experience was one of a kind. Cliff and Jeff your go-to guys I must've been the most difficult customer to deal with and anything that could've made their job harder happened (not on purpose, of course) but thes I must've been the most difficult customer to deal with and anything that could've made their job harder happened (not on purpose, of course) but these two handled it with a smile. Not to mention I left at 10 when they closed at hours prior. Seriously made it so easy, so straight forward no scheming at all. Made the purchase as comfortable as possible. These guys are great! Didn't catch the managers name (4/16 pm) but he was awesome as well. More

Cliff is AMAZING and Koons is a great place to buy!!!! Called in the morning and told Cliff exactly what we wanted before we drove an hour from Baltimore. By 2pm, Cliff had two Sequoias ready for us and wh Called in the morning and told Cliff exactly what we wanted before we drove an hour from Baltimore. By 2pm, Cliff had two Sequoias ready for us and when we got there at 6:30 everything was ready to go....and we left with our new SUV that night. It was very refreshing to have an honest and straight forward salesman and the team that helped with the entire process was AMAZING! If we buy another Toyota, Cliff will be the person we go to. He was great to work with and they were very friendly and patient. We have 4 kids, 2 of which are very little and they were absolutely great with them. Thanks for the best car buying experience ever. This dealership is going to pilfer every penny from you it can. Any advertisements from them or Ads run on their website are purely propaganda to get you to their dealership. You will get a quality Toyota but whether it's a fair deal or a deal where your get raked over the coals completely depends on how you negotiation the transaction and your knowledge of the pieces involved in the transaction.
