Amazing Salesman and finance department have purchased many new cars in the past but my experience at Koons Westminster Toyota has been amazing. I have nothing to gain by writing this review BUT after my experience last night and today I'm compelled to share my experience. We had gone to other dealerships and no one would take the time to work with us. Our situation wasn't the best because we had a lot of negative equity in our trade BUT the professionals at Koons made it happen. We were there late last night and I didn't think it was going to happen but to my surprise my phone rang before 10 am and it was the finance manager. He told me my salesman and finance person explained my situation and he said he was going to call the banks to see what he could do. Within 45 minutes he called me back and we had a deal. They took the time to make it happen and I can't thank them enough. Damien Lacks was our salesman and I must say he was truly amazing. Thank you Damien Lacks and thank you to Jeff Schuette in the finance department for making it happen. I'd recommend you both to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I was immediately greeted by salesperson Eugene Bush who was very helpful. I test drove one that day but it wasn't exactly what I wanted so I was given a quote and went on my way. The next day Eugene let me know they found exactly what I wanted and I completed the deal. From beginning to end I was treated with respect and patience, which was important because the RAV4 had features I was completely unfamiliar with.
