New car on short notice I was there this last week to purchase a new car. Heather was my sales person and she was a wonderful person to do buisness with! I had already done m I was there this last week to purchase a new car. Heather was my sales person and she was a wonderful person to do buisness with! I had already done my homework and new their inventory so there was no need to try to sell me on anything else, nor did she try to! We took the car I wanted out on a test drive, got the paperwork done and out the door! Considering why I was there (old car was totaled), it was the best experience I have had purchasing a car. There was no need to haggle as she was, from the begining, helping me get as good of a price as one could hope for given the time of year (no 2016s, no 2018s yet). My previous Corolla had 132k miles on it with literally zero issues so I stuck with that model. That was purchased at Koons in Tysons Corner. Both Koons dealerships have been great to me and I highly recomend them. More

Koons Westminster Toyota and Damien Lacks were great! I recently purchased a new truck from Koons Westminster Toyota and it was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in all my years! And I I recently purchased a new truck from Koons Westminster Toyota and it was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in all my years! And I say that after buying cars for more than 20 years! My salesperson, Damien Lacks, was very professional and detailed. Damien took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Usually when you go to a car dealership, they try to size you up first to see how much you can afford or see what type of monthly payment you are interested in. Car salespeople usually seem more about closing the deal and rushing you before you can really make a decision. Damien was nothing like that; he took the time to find out what I was looking for, and explained all the available options. Before we left the dealership for the test drive, he walked around the whole truck and pointed things out and explained how everything worked, including minor details. He did the same for the inside of the truck. When we got back from the test drive, I had questions about some of the other trim levels compared to the model I tested. Damien walked the lot with me and pointed out all of trim levels including similarities and differences. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, the rest of the buying process went very smooth. I met with one of the finance managers to talk about preliminary numbers and available financing options. He explained everything and allowed me time to think everything through. I didn't feel pressured or that I had to make a decision quickly. Before I left the dealership with my truck, Damien sat in the truck with me to make sure I knew how to use everything , including the 4-wheel drive and he even connected my phone to the bluetooth system. I drove away with my new truck and I didn't feel cheated or that I didn't get the best deal! Koons Westminster is a great dealership and my salesperson, Damien lacks, is the best! I would recommend Koons Westminster Toyota to anyone! More

She wanted me to take my time so that I would be very happy with the vehicle I chose. At first I was going to purchase a 2017 Camry (but I had some doubts). Ms Frederick kept showing me a number of vehicles until I found the one that I would be happy with. If it wouldn't have been the great sales service that I received I was going to go to Carmax to maybe purchase a vehicle. I would definitely give my sales person a five star rating and I would recommend her to anyone that would be interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

A Long Journey Has A Happy Ending I have been looking for a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime for some time. I am from Georgia and for some reason only a very few of these vehicles made it to t I have been looking for a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime for some time. I am from Georgia and for some reason only a very few of these vehicles made it to the Southeastern states. After an exhaustive internet search, Koons Westminster Toyota had the exact vehicle I was looking for, and their online advertised price was exceptional. I began communicating with the dealership and was fortunate to get to know John Ewald, a Sales Specialist there. John assured me that the advertised price was genuine and that the vehicle I wanted was still available. John has that rare quality every salesman needs: he is a great listener. He made me feel confident that if I drove the 625 miles from my home in Georgia to the dealership in Westminster, Maryland that I would be able to get the vehicle I wanted at an unbeatable price. I am happy to say John was right! I also want to give special thanks to two other members of the Koons Westminster Toyota team. Dan Harkins, the New Car Sales Manager, knew how much I wanted the new Prius Prime and he bent over backwards to give me a super trade in value on my vehicle that would make the deal work for me financially. Speaking of finances, hats off also to Dmitry Tsomik, Finance Manager, for the smoothest, hassle-free financing and paperwork session I have ever experienced. The team of professionals at Koons Westminster Toyota provided me with a new car buying experience I will never forget, and my 1250 mile round trip has a very happy ending.
