This is in regards to the recall scheduling team. I called because I received a notice in the mail stating that my Camry had a recall due to faulty airbags. I called to schedule the appointment and sc called because I received a notice in the mail stating that my Camry had a recall due to faulty airbags. I called to schedule the appointment and schedule additional services at the same time. I was transferred to the recall scheduling line and the woman who answered became rude after the ViN number that I gave her did not show up in the system. She had me repeat the number several times and then repeated it back to me wrong. She then said that I just did not have a recall. I did not feel confident with the statement so I asked to speak to her manager. Jonathan, who said he was the manager, picked up the call quickly and just as quickly stated that my car did not have a recall and that I should be happy about that. He then went on to say that Toyota sends out batch recall notices to everyone even if their vehicle is not affected. His quick response and canned explanation gave me the impression that he did not look into my car and my question, and made me feel like he was hurrying me off of the phone. He offered me the number to the manufacturer, which was wrong when I tried to call it. I asked to speak with someone above him because I did not feel as though my concern was being addressed appropriately and he then became upset saying that he was the manager. He also would not give me his last name or his employee ID number so I could reference who i was speaking to. I have purchased two cars from Koons Toyota in Westminster and after today, I will not make that mistake again. More

Honestly for Koons to have a sales person who truly doesn’t care about putting a customer first. I have a search criteria of specific vehicles I’m looking for , he basically told me that the car doesn’t exist in the price range I want . No research or anything . There are many within a 30 mile proximity of the dealership that do fit my criteria. Instead of being rude and saying it doesn’t exist he could of said they currently don’t have one. His exact quote “I don’t know if that was a joke, but that defiantly won’t exist.” Are you kidding me cause there are many within 1 hour of driving range . Rude customer service . More

Koons toyota experience Was interested in replacing my 2009 ford ranger. Went to koons to drive used Tacoma’s.. drove 2 tocomas and asked them to appraise my 09 ranger. They immediately tried to up sell an appearance package while low balling my ranger. I politely told them I was undecided and that I needed to drive other similar vehicles. Upon driving those vehicles I decided that I was not interested in those particular vehicles. As a good salesman should, they followed up with me several. Times. When I informed the salesperson of this, he naturally inquired as to why I was not interested. Upon informing him of my dissatisfaction with the 2 vehicles he proceeded to throw a tantrum like a 12 year old. He was totally disrespectful and offensive.. I will never walk on to a lot owned by koons again More

DISHONEST. AVOID AT ALL COST Purchased a used 2017 WRX with 16,500 miles in August 2018. Now with 22,300 miles, I had new all season tires installed. The tire shop found a bent wh Purchased a used 2017 WRX with 16,500 miles in August 2018. Now with 22,300 miles, I had new all season tires installed. The tire shop found a bent wheel and bearing damage that was barely noticeable but I reported an odd humming noise at 50mph so I requested they investigated. After they gave me the results, I called the shop manager Jeff who told me that because the car passed state inspection at the time (which was at 15,500 miles, 1000 miles prior to purchase) there’s nothing they can do. So because either their inspector missed the minor bend in the wheel, or it hit a curb in the interim period, I’m left to eat the cost. Now I understand why he didn’t offer me a test drive prior to purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid these dishonest money scavengers. More

He was very professional and easy to work with. As a retired salesperson of 30 years I was impressed and very satisfied in dealing with Eugene. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new auto. I should also mention the credit process as administered by Jeremy Voelkel was perhaps the easiest I've ever encountered. He explained everything in easy to understand terms.
