I think it speaks volumes for a dealership when a customer is willing to buy twice off their used lot. Their prices for the used cars are very fair, and we were never pressured during any part of the process including financing. We called ahead and the Highlander and another comparable vehicle were out front and ready for us to drive which was nice since we had our children with us. We would recommend going to see them if you are in the market for a vehicle. They don’t play games like other dealers and everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. They even fed our children lunch and helped to entertain them while we signed all the paperwork. More

Their wow pricing is a shady tactic to get people contacting them and then they won't even give you much an explanation as to what it even consists of or anything. Be careful, if they act this way before they get your money, I don't even want to imagine the fiasco that could materialize if you have an issue after they get the sale and have your money! We were lucky enough to have a great Salesman Jay B. whom made us feel comfortable in what is typically a stressful situation, he was very professional, helpful and patient during our process. Jeremy V. in finance was very knowledgeable and helpful. We left Toyota feeling like we made the best decision. I will absolutely go back for any and all future auto trade ins and purchases.
