I love this smaller but friendlier and more personable department. I take my aging but totally awesome Prius there regularly and have worked with everyone so far. Awful. They had my car for days and did not identify the problem. Almost 1,000 for different assessments and left without any answers. When I dropped my car off, one light was on in the dashboard. When I left 4 were on in the dashboard, my car was in worse condition when I left. My expectation was excellence as this is the dealership. I felt they were more interested in making money than fixing my car. They were interested in purchasing my car for a nominal amount. Do not bring your car to this dealership. More
