He worked with the manager to get me an extended test drive, which I found extremely helpful and was something that other dealerships balked at doing. RAV4s are very popular and thus I had to wait two months for one to come in as they were sold out for the current and subsequent month's dealer allocations. Fortunately, I did not need the new car immediately and so could wait. I would have preferred not to have the moonroof in the one I ordered, but it seems that Toyota corporate was not able to make that change despite the valiant efforts of the Koons Toyota staff. Overall, I had a very good buying experience with Koons and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a Toyota. More
