I think it's only fair for us to explain what happened here. After you spoke with our used car director, we explained that the vehicle had an aftermarket modification that would not pass emissions. You signed a disclosure stating that you acknowledged your purchase wouldn't pass. You're correct in that the vehicle is not Certified. We've reached out to Toyota to ensure that the vehicle listing is accurate. Thank you.

It should be more than "concerning" - There's close to 100 negative reviews just on this site on Koons, it's apparent that there's a pattern and the staff mentioned lacked integrity & the demenaor needed to interact with a wide variety of customers. Writing generic responses across these comments does not address the systemic issue at hand- I suggest using your time to do a detailed review of your staff's performance/actions rather trying to passively refute our direct interaction with Koons staff - Lastly, we didn't just "feel", we "experienced".
