Overall Service it’s great just have some minor of Tires indicators showing on the dashboard after the maintenance 5,000 Miles service & then couple days later I bring my Sienna Minivan back to the dealers indicators showing on the dashboard after the maintenance 5,000 Miles service & then couple days later I bring my Sienna Minivan back to the dealership & they Fix the problem & this is the second time that happened might be because my Minivan is 16 years old some computers chips might need to be updated maybe who know ?!? 👀 More

I got the AC serviced however when summer hit my AC was still not cold. As far as my battery concern they told me batteries just do that however the car only had 30k miles and they never did anything for me. Now not even a year later I got stranded and now have to buy a new battery. I called Koons and told them about this issue again and how now the bettery is dead and how I was concered about it last year when I first bought the car however they were no help, just tried to sell me a new battery. Would not recommend purchasing a used car here. They really try to take advantage of the customer. I purchased a 2013 Toyota sienna from this dealer and was not happy at all with the buying experience. really try to take advantage of the customer. They try to sell you all these warranties and maintenance plans without even asking you if you want them. When I asked about all these extra charges, they just assumed I wanted them. When I asked what the maintenance warranty covers, they had no idea. They tried to tell me it covered all the recommend service in the owners manual, wich is not true. The maintenance warranty, for $989., Covers 4oil changes and 8 tire roations.if I purchased those individually at the dealership$, 80 an oil change and $35 a tire r.otation, that would only cost me $600. Also the van at pickup was not detailed properly, there was dirty shoe prints in the carpet and wrappers in cup holders. The van was not properly inspected by their technician, hence the van needed both cv axles replaced. Overpriced, scam artists. Oh, and they had the nerve to try to upsell me $800 of recommend service when I brought it in for a oil change, a month after I just bought it. Toyota should be ashamed of this dealer. More
