Bad experience with the Salesperson not something you want when you are looking to buy a car. Rude and condescending. He was not able to answer specific questions about ballpark on models, markup range, want when you are looking to buy a car. Rude and condescending. Below is my recollection of his words. I understood it's just a waste of time and walked away before even showing my id. Why only Prime and why not just Hybrid. Truecar doesn't sell the cars, we do. Where did you hear that about markups. You are looking at a wrong car ( about higher price range car) . Why does your price range vary. We can't give a ballpark unless you commit to buy today. You'll not get immediate availability like us elsewhere you'd have to wait for months/ year or year and a half. More

The counter person did not care at all. He gave me my paperwork at the end without my keys and told me to go to the checkout section. No one had my keys after I checked out the guys outside He gave me my paperwork at the end without my keys and told me to go to the checkout section. No one had my keys after I checked out the guys outside asked for my keys and I said I never got my keys. Then went back to the tech service counter guy and he seemed disinterested I waited three minutes for someone to find my car. Then I had to walk to the back of the building and get my car by myself because that’s what the tech guy told me to do probably will never deal with them ever again More
I took my car into the dealership for a factory recall. My car was serviced, however when I returned home and reviewed my invoice it stated that I complained about a floor mat and also stated they there wa My car was serviced, however when I returned home and reviewed my invoice it stated that I complained about a floor mat and also stated they there was a piece of equipment clogged on my vehicle and that they informed me about it and I refused the repair. At no time did I ever complain about a floor mat nor was I informed about any additional repair needed to my car. This is completely false and shows a lack of honesty of this dealership. More

So when I arrived, thinking I was checking in, I was just getting on line. So what I thought was a 15 minute wait took over two hours. Kim tried to help and probably did but it was out of his hands.
