I had an appointment today with service advisor, Matt. Unfortunately, when I arrived, Matt was on the phone and I was waiting in front of his desk for a few minutes. Then he informed me that he’s too busy Unfortunately, when I arrived, Matt was on the phone and I was waiting in front of his desk for a few minutes. Then he informed me that he’s too busy and that I should go to somebody else, anyway. Then I was waved down by Oscar. Oscar got my VIN number, then pass me along to another service advisor named MO I just kind of felt like I was a piece of meat today being passed around. And weirdest thing was I felt like I was being checked into prison today, no one says hi. No one says how are you. Just so mechanical and robotic. First time I’ve ever experienced that at a Toyota. In the end, MO did take care of me. I did ask MO when I was leaving that if I make an appointment with him, can I trust that the next time I come in that I won’t be passed along. And he said that he is a closer. I don’t really understand the business strategy here and it’s not really for me. So I am new to this area and it was my first time coming here and I think I will try another toyota next time. More
