I went to 3 other dealerships and the people here were the kindest and the most understanding. From the time I walked in till the time I left I was treated as though I was the only customer there. So far I’ve had a great experience with the service center as well. The parts i needed for my upgrade was ordered on time and all my paper work was ready before i came in for the repairs. Very impressive. I will have a hard time going any where else for repairs and sales from now on. If you want to be treated well and get what you want with out getting the run around, this is the place to go. More

I've been a chevy owner for years, and just out of the blue decided to pull into koons toyota as i was driving by. Not even looking to buy a new truck since i was happy with my chevy. First person i m blue decided to pull into koons toyota as i was driving by. Not even looking to buy a new truck since i was happy with my chevy. First person i met was Natasha. She was very friendly and easy to talk to without pressuring me to buy! She also answered all my questions and taught me a few things about the toyota tundra and the new amazing features it has. Natasha spent over an hour with me showing me every truck they had to make sure i would pick the best one for me. She showed me the rock warrior and i knew that was the one i wanted! lets just say Natasha gave me such a good price i had to buy it. With the great trade in value she gave me for my chevy and good financing i left with a new truck. All in all it was the best experience i had with buying a new car. Natasha made the day fun and made sure everything went smooth. She has followed up numerous times to see if i had any questions and to make sure i was happy with my truck. More
I am still not quite sure exactly what I want--but I know I need an SUV. Went to Koons to test drive the Rav4 sport. After checking the lot, we went into the building and met with Natasha, who quickly gave u I need an SUV. Went to Koons to test drive the Rav4 sport. After checking the lot, we went into the building and met with Natasha, who quickly gave us a warm impression of the dealership. She was responsive and honest, she even offered us water (it was a blistering hot day on Memorial Day weekend). The Rav4 sport we wanted to test drive was checked out with another customer, so we test drove another Rav4 model. She explained that even though it was a base model, it would handle very similar to the sport model. We took it for a test drive and Natash was very calm and comfortable to talk with about the vehicle details and upgrades available. After the test drive, I was pretty impressed with the vehicle--except it didn't have an arm rest for the driver--I have arthritis in my elbow and need a soft arm rest. We have just started looking for a new SUV, so to be fair to Natasha--who did a great job and spent about an hour or more with us--we left the dealership without making a purchase, but have not ruled out Koons. We are putting 2 kids through college now and have to be very careful to make the right purchase--so we are taking our time to make the right decision for us. If we decide on a Toyota, we will be calling on Natasha to help us. More
I was not incredibly impressed with the prices at this Koons. I was expecting the "wow" price to be wow in a good way, not "wow that's expensive". I ended up finding a much lower price elsewhere. The s Koons. I was expecting the "wow" price to be wow in a good way, not "wow that's expensive". I ended up finding a much lower price elsewhere. The sales staff was nice, but I felt like I knew more about the car then they did. I ended up not buying a car here. More
Called Aiman and he told me to wait an hour before coming in, he had some sales in progress (I appreciated that). Had done all my homework and I was ready to purchase a car when I walked in at 1:45 p.m. on in, he had some sales in progress (I appreciated that). Had done all my homework and I was ready to purchase a car when I walked in at 1:45 p.m. on a Saturday. The place was already humming with activity, Aimen came to greet me and said Cecil would be handling the sale. It took a while before we went out to check the models in the lot, I was in no hurry, figured on 4 hours to wrap it all up. There were a few Camry SE models in black, every single one of them was loaded with options, I just wanted the navigation package. Sticker was several thousand over my target. Hmmm, ok...probably no sale today as my final offer would probably get rejected. Cecil was very pleasant though quite low key as a salesman. We walked back into the dealership to do some more searching. Shortly after that Aiman took over, he thanked my for my patience and said not to worry, they didn't have my first choice but I'd be walking out with a new car and a good deal. Music to my ears, and I'd hold him to that promise (I negotiate better when the car isn't a perfect match). Salesmen are caught between their overseer and the client, each pulling hard in opposite directions. Some buyers find this ritual irritating and either give up or give in. I don't, as it rewards those willing to work for a deal. Finally got around to the price and we went back and forth a few times before drawing lines in the sand. The usual appeal to impulsive behavior was made, sign here and the car is yours, I passed. Said he was close, $500 further down and we have a deal, my final offer (I wasn't lying). Shortly after that the extended hand came out and after a little snafu which Aiman fixed promptly (color was grey instead of black) it was on to financing. They say if you want to get something done, give it to a busy person. Aiman was all that and more, a laser like focus on closing a deal, small talk kept to a minimum and an excellent judge of personality. I was very happy with the final price and drove off the lot with a big smile on my face in just under four hours. Toyota did a fantastic job in redesigning the 2012 Camry, plush feeling interior, luxury car ride, solid as a rock. More
It has been a few months since I purchased my vehicle, but I cannot keep from writing about my terrible experience. On my first visit to the dealership we dealt with Haile. We test drove the car we were i but I cannot keep from writing about my terrible experience. On my first visit to the dealership we dealt with Haile. We test drove the car we were interested and then they took the keys to my trade in car and my husband & I sat there for 4 hours while they did a trade in value and tried to convince us to buy the car even though we wanted to go home and do research since we did not know much about the make or model or price point. It felt like we were held hostage because they did not return my keys until the last second and after multiple "NO's" they FINALLY let us go home. After our research we returned the following day and purchased the vehicle even though I did not like the way we were treated the day before. This time we worked with Philip. The Used car was not in the best shape and I wanted some tweaks done to it before purchasing. Example: Cigarette burn in the seat, scratches on the inside panel of the doors and the hatchback cover with a peg missing and torn rope making it unusable. I wanted my "New" Used car to be in decent shape and received a "We Owe You" slip and was promised everything would be done after purchase. A few days later I traded my car in for a rental so they could fix what they promised. It took 2 days, not one. It came back half fixed. The cigarette burn was gone and I was given a driver's manual and an extra key which I was happy about. Now the hatchback cover is still broken and was told that the parts were ordered & they would be in at the end of the week. So I went back at the end of the week for them to finish the repairs. I was told to drive to the Mazda dealer to have them do it. They couldn't since it wasn't paid for yet. Long story short, I had to go back & forth 3 times, paid out of MY pocket and then was promised by Philip and Haile that I would be reimbursed. I was given a guilt trip from Philip that Koons never approved his "We Owe You" slip and he paid for the original stuff out of his pocket. Then he gave me $60 cash (out of his pocket, I'm sure) and sent me on my way still with the promise of a check coming from Koons. Well, It has been over 3 months & I have no check from Koons. The $60 cash that was given to me did cover my expenses so I didn't argue about not receiving the check, but I am still upset with the whole situation. I should be happy when purchasing a 'new' car. Not frustrated and crying on day one and then a week later. I will never go back to buy a car there and will not recommend Koons of Tysons. More
Halie provided exceptional service! I came to the dealership because he's worked with other members of my family, and like myself everyone was pleased by Haile's ability to go over and beyond what a dealership because he's worked with other members of my family, and like myself everyone was pleased by Haile's ability to go over and beyond what a salesman is required to do.
