Horrible Experience! I knew better than to go to a dealership I didn't have a previous purchase relationship with. By my sales person was out of town at the dealership I I knew better than to go to a dealership I didn't have a previous purchase relationship with. By my sales person was out of town at the dealership I last purchased from and they had the model I wanted in stock. Although I had made a internet inquiry with True Cars.com, some how when I got there I was met by a new person and when I say new, he said it was his 2nd day. I knew I was in for a bad experience and I was. When going through the inventory to look at less expensive options over the loaded model I went in for, he huffed and gave me a look and said I already have the keys to another model. I snapped at him and reminded him as the sales person, it was his job to show me the cars I wanted to see. Then the GM, I guess, I don't' know what his title was, came across as very condescending to me and in the end, I didn't go through with the purchase, I was so put off and sat there forever waiting on them, I just walked out, Goes to Ourisman in Chantilly, they are much better to deal with then Tyson's is. Don't go there and waste your time, Chantilly cares about it's customers a lot more. More

Curtis Spellman was more a coach and a guide than he was a salesman. He asked questions, listened and showed us cars that we were interested in buying.
