Then I wasn't completely happy with the Prius as it was equipped and after 3 days I brought it back and Josh very good naturedly swapped it for a better equipped Prius with the cost of the difference between the two MSRP's which was an extremely reasonable solution. Josh was completely relaxed and patient as we made our selections. He applied no pressure to buy and let us reach our own conclusions. Josh did an excellent job and I would strongly recommend him to any of our friends and family. Josh is a true professional. Sam Robles handled the finance and paper work process. She is twenty years old and was interested in a 2010 prius at 12K (12,999). When she got there she learned the price was a 'misprint' , the actual price was $19,000. She was ignored for 1.5 hours and then told her car as a trade-in was worthless. After spending half a day there, she went home and cried. I cannot think how a dealership who wants to earn customer loyalty can expect to treat young prospective customers with disdain and still win their business. My husband and I live in another state but agreed to consign a car loan up to 13K. When she called the corporate office to explain, they told her they would work with her if she found another vehicle. We found that those words were a hollow promise since they didnt make good on that either. It may not be so in this case, but I've learned that 'misprints' can be a sales ploy it's just a pity that young people like my daughter become the unwitting victims of unprofessional business practices. The salesman, Edward tried to help but he is a small part in this large machine. More

He was very attentive to our needs, we spent around seven hours at the dealership and didn't feel pressured to make a quick decision. He explained all options, answered all my wife's questions and treated her as an equal in the buying process. I have had other salesman treat her like she was there to just pick the color, this was not the case with Kader. When we are ready to trade in our van for another car/truck we hope to deal him again, we enjoyed the experience. More

Henrry was always very prompt and on-top on his email and phone communication (often picking up his cell phone within two rings and answering emails as late as 10 PM!). Upon pick-up we discovered that there were some administrative mistakes in the paperwork which put me at an inconvenience considering I took a 4-hour drive to pick up the vehicle. Mr. Ginder was very professional about correcting any and all mistakes in the paperwork - he strived for nothing less but professionalism in correcting those mistakes. He said so many good things about the sales man and the dealership but I was not very convinced. I was hesitant because I had made trips to many other dealerships where I was either ignored or contacted long after I had spent minutes on my own hoping someone will come to ask what I wanted. My previous car buying experience was also not worth talking about since the sales man cheated me of my hard earned $6000 and when confronted played me along for as long as he could. I was therefore not sure if I needed a repeat of this bad experience even though I needed a car badly. My visit to Koons Toyota proved to be nothing like my previous experiences. I was wowed beyond believe as both Kader and Temor his finance manager spent time with me to assist me make the best decision. It took awhile but they did not mind the time spent with me. Even after purchasing the vehicle, Kader spent time with me to walk me through the features on my car and provided advice for safe driver. This is new to me and a welcoming experience too. I will gladly refer friends to this dealership in a heart beat and I mean every word of it. This was my best experience in car buying for sure.
