I can't say enough about his product knowledge, professionalism and attitude. From start to finish, the experience I had buying a car at Koons Tysons Toyota was excellent. George made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. He was very patient with us as we are very deliberate shoppers, especially for large purchases. He made sure we found the car that we wanted and didn't settle or ask us to settle for anything less. In the end he found us our perfect car. Both he and Tonci worked with us to get the numbers to where they were comfortable for all parties involved and we ended up driving home in a new car that day. George Salme was so much fun to work with. He explained all of the add-ons, etc. and made sure I was comfortable with all of the features before i buy the 2014 prius III car. I have also had questions since my purchase and He has been very helpful and responsive. Tonci Klaric made the purchasing a vehicle very easy. He was very easy to work with and made sure we understood all of the financial information through the process.. As the title says, this was a wonderful experience. Their prices were better (around $3,000 better) then anywhere within a 200 mile r My fiance and I bought a Toyota Sienna yesterday from Koons Toyota. Their prices were better (around $3,000 better) then anywhere within a 200 mile radius of our home. We drove 100 miles to purchase the vehicle and would do it again, and recommend anyone else to do the same. The dealership not only provided us with excellent service but also worked with us to get the price of the vehicle in our budget. Thank you Koons for making this vehicle happen for us and our family! My only reason for not giving all "5s" would be because of the long wait (2 hours) we had from the time we decided to purchase the vehicle until we were able to leave the lot. I must say however, the vehicle was very newly listed and Koons took their time to clean and inspect the vehicle and apply now tires and brakes. (This may have been some reason for the delay) NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON, IT IS WORTH THE TIME TO GET THE QUALITY AND PRICE YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM KOONS TOYTOA!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!! More
