Great Service! I bought from Koons a Toyota Corolla 2006. As a common consumer trying to buy a car, I went through a few challenges. I am giving them a 5 because the management team helped me through these challenges. They make what could be the worst nightmare become a fun experience. I can say with confidence that Koons understands the importance of making us feel satisfied. Isn't that what we all want as customers? I am pretty sure they are spending millions of dollars training their staff to make us feel well. That is a smart way of doing business! Go to them if you need a car.
