It’s was great except should be better communication between the people answering the phone with parts department and service department. I was told when I call they have the 4 tires need after making between the people answering the phone with parts department and service department. I was told when I call they have the 4 tires need after making the appointment they told me only 2 and I had to schedule another day . But David Mcdermoti was excellent and very professional and able to answer all my questions. His great. More

Our experience at this Toyota was a very uncomfortable one , I came here first time with my partner and the sales consultant that helped us Lina was just unprofessional in so many ways that is hard to des one , I came here first time with my partner and the sales consultant that helped us Lina was just unprofessional in so many ways that is hard to describe, from the beginning she looked like she doesn't even like working there. We had never before had an interaction that left us so appalled, throughout the entire time there she was inappropriate towards my husband, I don't know if she thought that was the way she was gonna close the sale, but made us both very uncomfortable, we were looking at this pre-owned Mercedes she knew very little about the car and was even rude towards me when I redirected the focus on the questions we had for this vehicle, just a complete off vibe, at some point she heard us talking about my partner's job in the film industry and shifted the entire conversation about how she is an actress and even sent him her backstage information unrequested, using the personal information we entered at the queue, how is this even allowed? At that point, we just felt discussed by her behavior and decided to leave. We ended up going to another dealer. The whole interaction felt predatory and like a bad joke. We truly wish our experience here would been a better one. More

Lina was very friendly, professional & accommodating, despite having to juggle multiple customers. Her Sales Mgr was very generous & fair w/our trade and rate for the vehicle we purchased. Dwight accommo despite having to juggle multiple customers. Her Sales Mgr was very generous & fair w/our trade and rate for the vehicle we purchased. Dwight accommodated us to take the test drive and answer any questions we had about the test drive. My father needed some snacks because his blood sugar was low and Ali brought some to him. They even set us up w/UberEats to get some real food b4 sitting w/Rahul for the finance experience. That was the longest part of our experience here. We had a VERY wonderful experience w/this Team!! More
