Thank you for your response, however I am disappointed that it took 5 months and publicizing a review to get to this point and I disagree that your business is honest. The missing key was an inconvenience for my family, but the bait and switch tactics are of greater concern and the reason we will not be returning to your dealership for our next vehicle purchase. I hope the management team implements better training and communication practices for the sales team.
