Koons had the new RAM truck in-stock that I needed at the price in my budget. Other dealers didn't and weren't as helpful. AB was personal, professional, and thorough to ensure I was fully satisfied with my buying experience and the truck was ready to drive away as soon as possible. The salesroom environment was impressive and the business manager, Brandon Gonzales Pinto, did a fine job with the finance paperwork. The past three years have been an absolute nightmare with my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I purchased brand new from Koons dealership in Vienna Virginia. For the most part up until 2020 the customer servic my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I purchased brand new from Koons dealership in Vienna Virginia. For the most part up until 2020 the customer service has gone down hill specifically with the service center. My truck intermittently refuses to start and this has been an ongoing issue since the fall of 2020. I’ve sent this vehicle to this dealership 8 times to try and resolve the problem but to no avail. They have always seemingly fixed something else that has nothing to do with the starting issue. They have even called for help from Stellantis engineers on numerous occasions and still no resolution. I have already spend thousands of dollars and countless hours away from my truck and all everyone that works there can tell me is that they don’t know what to do. But then what made it worse was the last time they had my truck, I went to pick it up and it was damaged! It was worse then the way I had brought it to them. The front right trim clip, broken. The front right bumper, now has a gap between the front right quarter panel and the bumper. The front right taillight is also out. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I would have to pay for the replacement bulb witch was $660. All the while they had driven my truck 316 miles while they had it. They even gave me the truck back dirty and with no gas in it. I will never do business with this dealer ever again. You have lost a trusted customer! More

From the sales team to the finance team . . very unethical practices. Price was changed on my SUV without notice or warning .. sales person was bothered because he couldn't scam me into paying . very unethical practices. READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU EVEN VISIT. - Classic 'bait and switch' tactics / shady business practices - Sales team lost my vehicles key and has not resolved the issue for 5 months - Po - Classic 'bait and switch' tactics / shady business practices - Sales team lost my vehicles key and has not resolved the issue for 5 months - Poor communication I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle I saw online. After the test drive, our family needed to talk over financials before committing. The salespeople were pushy, and tried to upsell us into another vehicle that was $10,000+ more expensive that did not even meet our needs. All in all, the vehicle we test drove checked all of the boxes so we visited a few days later to move forward with the purchase. The vehicle was advertised online at $55,000, but as soon as we sat down to start the paperwork there was a $2,000 "mandatory" uplift charged for "ceramic coating" and "accessories"... Classic bait and switch tactic/false adverstisement. I told the salesperson that I did not want ceramic coating and to kindly remove the charge, and asked what "accessories" were included, which they could not tell me. After negotiations, $1,000 was removed and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. At the time of purchase, there were TWO keys for the vehicle but when it was done with being washed, I was told that the sales team 'misplaced' the 2nd key and that they would mail it to me once it was found. After 6 weeks of following up with their team, they determined the key to be "lost" and assured me they would order a new one. It has been FIVE MONTHS since I purchased the vehicle and I still do not have the 2nd key. I have been told numerous times that they are "working on it" or that the key has been ordered and sent to Koons Sterling Ford for programming, but Koons Sterling Ford has no record of the key ever being shipped to their facility. I have had to reach out to obtain a status - or lack thereof - every week because their team does not proactively communicate with me despite the issue being their team's fault. Based on personal experience, Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram & Fair Oaks Chantilly Dodge Jeep Ram have much better customer service than this location. If you're in the market for a used car or another brand, consider Battlefield Ford in Manassas instead. More
Went to Koons because they had the model I wanted and good prices! Worked with Juan and Brandon Gonzales. Both very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Made the purchase and they followed up in a good prices! Worked with Juan and Brandon Gonzales. Both very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Made the purchase and they followed up in a timely fashion about questions regarding the extended warranty what is covered and what not. Overall a very pleasant experience. They took the out of state registration as well (they are in Virginia, I reside in Maryland). More
