Bought a vehicle from this dealership. Salesman was Khwaja Ehrari (AB). I came down to this dealership hours away, asked him multiple times if the vehicle was in great condition, he said y Salesman was Khwaja Ehrari (AB). This salesman Khwaja Ehrari (AB) never told me this car had dents, wheel damage, paint issues, and car was imported from Canada. Stay away from this dealership and salesman. I ran into multiple issues after purchasing this vehicle. Then Khwaja Ehrari (AB totally started ignoring me. I will be in contact with my lawyer regarding vehicle being imported from Canada, not telling me about it nor the past damage. More

They did not want to use the payoff amount for our trade in from the bank and were inflating the amount almost $1000. Talib my sales man and Sam the sales manager was amazing and a huge help. As for the finance department that is another story. I will never deal with Koons again. Horrible experience recommend you run from this place as fast as possible.
