He did all the research and found us the perfect car at the perfect price... and then did it all again when we changed our mind about the color!!! Tom's customer service truly went above and beyond. He gave us complete instructions on all the vehicle features, set up the blue tooth, and gave us hands on instruction on how to put the top down on our new wrangler. He even offered to deliver the car to my work so we didn't have to wait while the car was being washed, detailed and filled with gas! After many weeks of exploring other dealerships in a 75 mile radius of Koons Tysons Corner. Tom was the salesman we started out with and ended up with in the end. All these guys are great at what they do. I have been in sales all my life and I know dealing with the public is tough, but the real test is how you handle cust. svc. after the fact. I had a frustrating issue today,three days after I purchased my lifetime "maximum care warranty",because Chrysler had not recieved it in thier system yet. I called Curt Kline to express my comcern, and in 15 minutes I went on line and all my information was registered, and now I have peace of mind , that I am completely covered.
