From the start, Rich was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgable, patient, honest, and really made us feel like he was looking out for our best interests. He didn't try to "up sell" me and my husband, accommodated our ever changing requirements, and made the purchase process painless. As far as pricing goes, Koon's was the most competitive in a 50mi radius (that's as far as we looked). So between Rich and the price of our new Wrangler, it was definitely one of the best experiences we've had. More
This car lot has an extensive amount of new and used cars to choose from with a clean and new looking sales building inside. I had the pleasure of getting Dennis Chen as my sales associate and he truly was t to choose from with a clean and new looking sales building inside. I had the pleasure of getting Dennis Chen as my sales associate and he truly was the best sales associate I have experienced to date when purchasing a car. He was very friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable of cars overall. In the past, at other dealerships, most approaches other sales associates take are to greet you as soon as you get out of the car (which is a good thing) but then you would let him/her know you just wanted time to look around but they would still be lurking around the corner or awkwardly walking behind you while you looked at cars and start talking about every car you walked up to which would always create stress for me and would take the fun out of buying the car; but this dealership was different than those others. In the past most sales people tell you what you want to hear in attempts to sell a car (i would even ask questions I already knew the answers for just to see if they were BSing me or not) but Dennis was just the opposite and it was refreshing. On the test drive he encouraged me to have fun with the car (while being safe) and just enjoyed talking about cars overall. The test drive was not just hearing about why I should buy the car, rather he would advise to take a certain road to test the handling or speed/performance and ask if I was comfortable in traffic and on the back roads with the size and power of the car, etc; all these things seemed to be making sure not that I just wanted the car, but if it was the right car for me. He would really listen to the things I had to say before responding and would provide educated and non-judgemental answers. OnceI found a vehicle I wanted we then started looking at trade-in values and all the requirements I needed to be met for me to complete the sale. Upon getting the first quote back for my trade-in from his management, I advised Dennis the quote was too low and he listened to my reasoning, built a new game plan that I agreed with and went back to his management a second time with a counter offer and although it seemed like his management didn't want to move much from their initial offer, he was able to have them increase the price of my trade-in and also took off certain fees and other small money saving add-ons which allowed the overall price for my trade-in to meet my expectations. My financing associate was Andy Brunclik and he was a very friendly and enjoyable person to be around and did everything possible to not only get me the best financing available, but then got another 5% knocked off. Thereafter he also saved me more money with discount codes he had saved for the bumper to bumper warranty of 7 years. Prior to finding those discounts for me he could tell I wanted the full warranty but it was just out of my price range and he kept going back through each option and would find small discounts which all together added up to a nice savings of the warranty. I not only recommend visiting this dealership but I highly recommend asking to speak with Dennis and if you choose to buy a car then ask to work with Andy in financing. More

This was a GREAT experience it was my first time purchasing a car through a dealership so of course you are worried. This guy really went the extra mile and I got to say I will be going here from now on and recomending all of my family members to purchase from Noah. Christine was also a great help in financing she pushed hard to get me some of the different packages that I wanted and still stay in my price range. She even called the bank and talked to them about lowering my interest rate that way I could get the last one I wanted. She told me she would call me back when she got it taken care of and you know what she did. I love my new car and I will be going there when ever I need a new car. My wife and I were looking for a new Dodge Grand Caravan. I searched Koons Dodge's website and found a vehicle that would meet our needs. I called and was transferred directly to Harris Durrani. Harris' upbeat friendly personality was obvious from his greeting. When I asked if the vehicle was still available, Harris quickly checked his computer inventory. While the computer indicated that it was available, Harris offered to personally confirm this and stated that he would call back within 10 minutes. True to his work, he called and indicated that the van would be out front waiting for my arrival. Harris made the purchase experience a pleasant one. He accurately answered all of our questions while maintaining a pleasant and jovial manner. We also received excellent service from Christine, the financing specialist. She presented a number of financing options, tailoring our purchase to our family needs. We were quite pleased with our initial experience at Koons Dodge, and look forward to a long and positive relationship with this dealer. More

At that point I knew that I had "tested the market" and felt very comfortable returning to Koons to make the purchase. Noah was phenomenal throughout the process - from the initial test drive to closing the deal - and I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Jeep. More
We went in to learn more about the new Ram and make a decision as to whether we would buy this over the Silverado. Right away it became clear that Lawrence new his business, didn't pressure and answered all my concerns. Once we finished the drive I knew that this one the best truck for me and all that was left to do was see if it would be possible to fit it into my budget. He worked with me and we found a good solution. After meeting with Jimmy we got an even better perspective of the "new Chrysler", becoming more convinced that this was a company and more importantly a dealership that we wanted to do business with. He was very thorough on the issues with our car, went over the Dealership and their family and their way of selling cars, and gave us a relaxing environment to deal with, went over all the options in financing and fought for us in negotiations on price. I came into the dealership after an extensive search online for a new Jeep Wrangler. Upon walking in, Harris set me up with the model I had chosen, but was also careful to show me other models and packa online for a new Jeep Wrangler. Upon walking in, Harris set me up with the model I had chosen, but was also careful to show me other models and packages to see if there were any other options or features I would like or could do with out compared to the one I had picked. The service department has been outstanding. I was unable to take delivery of the Dual Top option due to my own personal lack of storage space at home. I took two weeks to make room for storing a top. During that time, the service department held onto my soft top free of charge and installed even though the sale took place weeks before I took delivery. Great people -- and I'll be sure to make all of my automotive purchases and service decisions with Koons recommendations in the future. More
