Worst service experience My Jeep Grande Cherokee had a few recalls and other service work so I scheduled an appointment for a few weeks out with Koons to get it resolved. Whe My Jeep Grande Cherokee had a few recalls and other service work so I scheduled an appointment for a few weeks out with Koons to get it resolved. When I made the appointment, I specifically told them the two recalls I had, that my windshield wiper nozzle had broken and the leather on my dash came loose. When I went for my appointment and spoke with the service person, they informed me the parts for the recall weren't available so I couldn't get that fixed. They said they'd have the service manager look at the dash and they'd fix the nozzle. After 30 minutes of waiting, they said the nozzle was fixed. The service person said the service manager said that I must have done something to mess up the dash and it wouldn't be covered. That was disappointing but at least I got my nozzle fixed. I got home that night and the windshield wiper fluid light came on. I popped the hood and the nozzle was still broken! They had just pushed it back together even though the plastic had broken apart. The story keeps going but it ended well. I spoke with Chrysler and they showed no records of the service manager ever even looking at my dash. I wound up going to another dealer and had everything taken care of without a problem. I would never use Koons for service and doubt I'd even consider them for a new car purchase. Easily the worst experience I've ever had. More
