Had a great experience with Jonathan in sales very knowledgeable and transparent .on the other hand the finance department was not very helpful my credit score was in the high eight hundreds and they knowledgeable and transparent .on the other hand the finance department was not very helpful my credit score was in the high eight hundreds and they was trying to give me an interest rate of almost 10 percent.i got up and started to leave after that and Patrick saw that I was leaving and talked to me and he did the right thing and brought the interest rate down to almost half of what of what the finance department was trying to give. That is an unfair practice in the finance department hopefully this situation will be addressed with the dealership if this is a normal practice that is going on. BUYERS BEWEAR! More

I began negotiations on a phone contact with Jose Diaz, a salesman w/the dealership. I followed up that initial contact with a visit to the dealership. I met with Mr Diaz and we closed the deal on a new vehi salesman w/the dealership. I followed up that initial contact with a visit to the dealership. BAIT AND SWITCH This dealership let us test drive a new Jeep, sold us the Jeep, then at the last minute, switched out another one with a few hundred miles without saying a WORD. Once I don’t buy what they want they start giving you attitude and getting upset number two when you enter the dealership, the reception need to be more professional with a bit of a smile and tried to hear the customer because as a customer did not coming there hungry they come in there to spend money.
