Purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger Hellcat recently. The car shook a lot as we drove it home. I went to have the tires balanced with only 250 miles on it. The back 2 rims are bent or out of round! After I arrived at the dealership we took a test drive. We walked around it looking it over and shortly thereafter we started the paperwork. I received a call while there notifying me a close family friend was found dead. I explained to them I needed to hurry and get back home. The finance lady was GREAT and very sympathetic and understanding. I believe her name was Tracy. We finished up and hurried home. The very next morning I went out to detail it myself because they had done such a xxxxty job. While washing it I noticed a crack in the front windshield where the tint at the top is. I immediately called Patrick he said he would talk to his sales manager and take care of it. He texted me and said she would be calling me. On Tuesday still no call from her. I called back and he said he would go find her and have her call me. After speaking with her she said they will NOT take care of it. She said she spoke with the detailing guys and they said it wasn't there. I even sent pictures to show them the crack. From a distant you couldn't see it. I had to be right up on the windshield to see it. Clearly they never even cleaned the windows because they were still dirty when I drove it home. I put down a large down payment and spent $25000.00 on it. xxxx poor customer service !! More

Went to see a 2008 Jeep Wrangler X last night. The sales agent Donovan said it would be out and ready for a test drive when we arrived. When we got there, the vehicle was parked and blocked by other vehicle agent Donovan said it would be out and ready for a test drive when we arrived. When we got there, the vehicle was parked and blocked by other vehicles and he wasn’t even sure which one it was, so we had to wait for them to get it all figured out. He couldn’t answer any questions we had about the vehicle. After test driving and finding that the muffler was making a strange noise and the vehicle was very rusted underneath, we asked the salesman what’s the lowest they could go on it given the vehicles muffler condition, he answered “you’re looking at it”. Didn’t even make an effort to sell us the vehicle which we were willing to purchase cash on the spot. We walked away. This morning the vehicles price was reduced online an additional $500 after we were told they couldn’t go any lower. The most useless customer service. More

The transaction started off difficult with finance but management worked to correct the relationship. Sales was polite. Just make sure you stand firm and advocate for what you want and need (but that’s wi management worked to correct the relationship. Sales was polite. This dealership is a disgrace and as I'm reading reviews have done the same thing to many people! I'm now paying for 2 vehicles because they did not process the deal correctly. I bought my truck from Koons in Clarksville md and brought it into Koons Tyson’s for inspections so that I could register it in Va. arrived at 8:15 am and was greeted by Donnavan who got the truck in brought it into Koons Tyson’s for inspections so that I could register it in Va. arrived at 8:15 am and was greeted by Donnavan who got the truck in for the Va safety and emissions and I was back out the door 45 minutes later. A month later when my temporary tag expired I called and emailed th DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!! I traded in a vehicle on a new Jeep Wrangler. A month later when my temporary tag expired I called and emailed the dealership. They promised me they would overnight a new tag. A week later after not receiving the temporary tag and having a brand. We vehicle that I couldn’t drive. I called and was promised that it was being overnighted. I was given a tracking number and two days later I received the temporary tag. At this time I received a notice from my finance company that my payment was late on the vehicle I traded in. I called and was told that the “deal” hadn’t been finalized with the finance company yet. I started to get multiple phone calls a day about my payment on the vehicle that I no longer own. At this point it had been about 6 weeks and I received a notice from a credit monitoring company that I was over 30 days late on a payment and that I now have a delinquency on my credit report. I immediately called my finance company and made over the amount of two payments so my credit wouldn’t suffer any more than it already had. I wrote an email to the entire management team expressing my frustration. Amazingly after about a week the deal was finalized and I was told the pay off amount had been sent. Two weeks later I received a check from my finance company for $8.00. KOONS paid off my trade with the current payoff amount not the amount agreed to the day I purchased the new Jeep. So I have financed over $2,000 of money that KOONS has basically stolen from me. I am out over $200 in late fees and I have a delinquent ding on my credit. When I asked the finance manager to look into it he admitted the mix up and informed me that a check would be sent overnight. It has been over a week now and to no surprise I still don’t have my check. KOONS has not offered to pay my late fees nor are they offering to help with my credit that has dropped 85 points. All they seem to care about is moving vehicles not their loyal customers. Think twice before you buy here. More
