I have never had such poor service from a dealer after buying a used car from them. They make promises that they don’t keep and when you try and resolve from the sales person or manager they deal with it buying a used car from them. I have tried to work this out with the dealer but they are not interested in customer satisfaction. Would not recommend More

Bought a CPO vehicle and discovered after receiving it that the GPS did not work. Unable to get ahold of anyone or direction until after the seven day return window was over. When I did receive directio that the GPS did not work. Unable to get ahold of anyone or direction until after the seven day return window was over. When I did receive directions and voiced frustration about a CPO vehicle having to be taken to the shop right after purchase, I was told "The GPS worked fine when we delivered it". So I guess it was just a really unfortunate coincidence that it stopped working reliably on the day we signed the papers. Terrible customer service and follow-up. Avoid and go to a smaller, less busy dealership that will appreciate your business. More

Koons is a terrible dealership I bought my car 7/18 and they still have not sent the title. Finance department screwed the paperwork and tried to pull a fast one. Customer service. BUYERS BEWARE this was the absolute worst car buying experience in my life. They were very attentive and responsive until I left the lot and the vehicle began having some pretty serious problems. Phone calls weren’t returned emails were ignored. Trying to get them to take care of issues was a fight for everything. They are nothing more than your stereotypical used car dealers.
