That, here we go about my experience at KOONS Dodge/ Chrysler of Vienna, Virginia. Here is how it all began from a dream that transformed itself into reality. That, one day in March of 2021 a buddy o Chrysler of Vienna, Virginia. Here is how it all began from a dream that transformed itself into reality. That, one day in March of 2021 a buddy of mine called me then mentioning he was driving to KOONS to purchase a 2021 Hellcat Red Eye. My buddy mentioned that he was trailering his Corvette for a trade in then trailering the Hellcat back. In the past I had mentioned to my buddy that I wanted a Hellcat, however, I was committed to a Lease with my Lexus. That, my buddy mentioned this via telephone to the sales person, Pepyno Katende, who was in charge of his purchase. My buddy mentioned my interest in the Hellcat Red Eye and my commitment to my Lease with one year left. In return Pepyno mentioned for me to inquire about the buy out for the Lexus. That, I did just that with a document indicating the same. I took the 5.5 hours ride to Virginia with my buddy, not a bad ride from Connecticut. When we arrived Pepnyo introduced himself to me and said, you ready for the Hellcat. Keep in mind people I had no intentions of purchasing a Hellcat with my commitment to my lease and the vehicle was not present with me. That, Pepnyo gave us a tour of the dealership and when I say they must have had at least 20 Charger/ Challenger Hellcats on their lot including their off site facility. Well, there was one Red Eye that caught my eye that Pepyno knew that I was interested. So we returned inside the dealership to complete my buddy's purchase transaction. To conduct privacy in that transaction I walked outside to look more closely at the 2021 Hellcat Red Eye that I showed interest in. That, while outside looking at the vehicle, Pepyno arrived with a dealer plate and the keys to the vehicle and said, “Take it for ride.” I was dumb founded at took his offer. Pepyno said, “ I can’t come with you, I have to finish the purchase transaction (my buddy)” So I took it for an easy ride and was amazed by the Supercharger sound, like nothing I heard before. I drove it less than a mile then returned to the dealership. That, I returned inside and Pepyno asked, “Did you like it.” We you all know what my answer was. Pepyno turned the computer around and asked me to complete a few forms. I explained to Pepyno that I can not move forward with this because my Lexus was not here. He said, “We will address that later.” So, my buddy who sat next me said, “We can drive back in Hellcats, just do it.” Ok, I started completing the documents that were none to commit to buying the vehicle. That, I provided Pepyno with the Buyout document for my Lexus. So, my magic question to him was, how much are my payments going to be. Pepyno was very transparent and said, we will not know that until I run your credit. Well everyone should know that a hard inquiry affects one's credit score. I’m thinking in my head do I really want that, after a second of thinking, it was a yes. My credit was run and Pepyno immediately printed the report and provided it to the Finance Manager, Masud Sediqi (aka Leo). That, several minutes later Leo walked downstairs and introduced himself and mentioned that he was going to work the numbers and he would come see me later. So, now I’m in an “AWE” waiting at Pepyno’s desk. Pepyno said, “I’m going to have the car detailed for you.” I’m like what, we don’t even know if I’m buying it yet. Pepyno said, “Don’t worry about it.” I was in such a cloud at this moment not knowing what’s going to happen. Mind you my Lexus is not here for the trade. That, Pepyno escorted me to Leo’s Office and I was experiencing “Bubble gut” not knowing what was about to happen. So Leo said have a seat and everything is all good. In my head I said, yeah maybe for you. So the desk in front of me was a computer screen (state of the art) showing my monthly payments. I was in a shock of the comfortable payment for so much car. I had to ask Leo several times was this my monthly payment, he said, yes. I signed on the digital dotted line. That, Leo transferred all the signed documents onto a thumb drive (crazy) and retrieved temporary plates from the file cabinet. Leo escorted me downstairs where I met Pepyno who mentioned that MY car was ready and fully detailed. Pepyno installed the rear plate on vehicle then put gas in it. He returned with the vehicle and said good luck. Now everyone is now wondering what about my trade in. Well I had it transported from my residence to KOONS Dodge, done deal. That, I know this is a long and drawn out narrative, however, I wanted everyone to know my experience with KOONS Dodge. The dealership is top notch and their Customer Service is outstanding. If anyone is interested to a Dodge/ Chrysler vehicle, I highly recommend them it is worth the drive and your time. Give Pepyno a call, you will be satisfied. More

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! This is the sketchiest auto dealership I’ve ever encountered. They are based on deception/deceit/fraud!!! First, I emailed them to check on the availability of a used car—t dealership I’ve ever encountered. They are based on deception/deceit/fraud!!! First, I emailed them to check on the availability of a used car—they confirmed back that it was, sweet!! After texting back and forth with the salesman I agree to pay full price but then I find out that they also include an $899 dealer fee. While trying to negotiate this add on fee, the dealer calls to say the vehicle “sold”....bummer Four hours later, they call saying the deal fell through and that I can purchase at full price plus the dealer fee—I agree to. I then get referred to the finance guy. I intend to pay cash. He then encourages me to finance and that I need to purchase a $2000 extended warranty—both of which I decline. I think we are about to finish up when he calls me back telling me they do not accept wire transfers or cashiers check. The only way I can purchase the vehicle is to finance it through their lenders. They refuse to allow me to put a deposit down on the car of any amount to hold it while a regular check clears or even while I drive the 10 hours to get it. After multiple conversations with management I finally agree to finance it. Finally things are moving forward—wrong..... The dealer then calls back saying that they’ve raised the price of the car by $2000 and that someone in the showroom is purchasing it. Sorry your out.... The next day the manager emails me back saying the vehicle is still available if I wanted to purchase it at the increased price plus dealership fee and if financed through their lender....??? This is just beyond words. I’ve never dealt with a more crooked/deceitful auto dealer in my life, especially at the upper management level. I would never recommend Koons at Tysons Corner to even my worst enemy. More
I took my vehicle in for a problem and it was a great experience. Employee Taher Sannawi helped me out and made the whole process easy. He was kind, courteous, and fast.
