Had a very rude service advisor that treated me like an idiot. Ended up costing me a lot of money. I love Koons Toyota… first and last time taking my Wrangler to Koons. They won’t even address my complaints sent to them twice so far. Even worse, I traded emails with Michaela Puckett. She said my oil charges were $11 for a quart of oil but the receipt literally says $3.70 for a quart of oil. Just a lie to get me to go away. And, she said the advisor should have checked paperwork before charging me but I still don't get a refund. Now, she won't answer me... horrible customer service. More
I purchased a new Trackhawk in September of 2020. From day 1, Koons used an incorrect mailing address causing months and months of delays in paperwork, numerous temp plates and ultimately the title. Horrific experience. Would not recommend. Ehab is perhaps the rudest sales manager I have ever met. His greeting was, literally, “Are you going to drive the car or not? I have people inside and 3 ot perhaps the rudest sales manager I have ever met. His greeting was, literally, “Are you going to drive the car or not? In hind sight I would have insisted on more advanced prep by the finance team. But otherwise everyone was really nice. More
Shady Dealership. Don't trust a thing they say. Found a car online. Called and spoke with Jason. I told him I was paying cash and wanted the car on Sunday night. Booked flight to DCA for Monday afternoon o car online. Called and spoke with Jason. I told him I was paying cash and wanted the car on Sunday night. Booked flight to DCA for Monday afternoon only to find out Monday morning they sold it out from under me after being told it was on hold for me. Funny the the dealership was closed. Amazing how I spoke with him on Sunday at 430pm and it was sold by 9am Monday morning. Was always told I should never trust a car salesman. How true. Karma is a B--ch. More

Terrible ripoff! I took my car in for a 64000-mile service. They flushed the transmission for $370 (recommended at 100,000 miles); flushed coolant for $200 (rec. at 120000 m.); changed sparks plugs f service. They flushed the transmission for $370 (recommended at 100,000 miles); flushed coolant for $200 (rec. at 120000 m.); changed sparks plugs for $430 (rec. at 100,000 m.); and flushed the power steering system for $160 (not even recommended by the car manual!) All in all, more than $1100 of unnecessary services. I plan to file a complaint against this dealership. More
