Excellent customer service and responsiveness. Bradley provided frequent and relevant updates while my Jeep Cherokee was serviced and had us in and out in a very speedy and reasonable timeframe. I would not recommend trying to buy a used car from these people or making an appointment. I spoke to a nice guy named Steve about a 2017 Silverado 1500. I have been looking for a truck like this one for abo people or making an appointment. I spoke to a nice guy named Steve about a 2017 Silverado 1500. I have been looking for a truck like this one for about a year. He was going to send me some more information on it. While he was doing this is manager told him he could not finance it to me even though I have good credit because it was not state legal. Which this I understood. He told me he could whole sale it to me. Steve then made me an appointment to see the truck. That day I tried to figure out my finances so that I could go look at the next day when my appointment was. Keep in mind I live 2-2.5 hours away. The next day I am about to go to the bank when I look online to see the truck is no longer listed so I figure maybe someone bought it yesterday after I spoke with them. NOPE, they took it down even though they made me an appointment and said if I wanted to buy it that I had to get it from the Maryland auction. They didn't text me to make me aware of this. Luckily for me I thought about looking at the truck online again or else I would of drove for 5 hours round trip for no reason. 1 STAR FOR POOR COMMUNICATION AND JUST BAD MANAGEMENT More

I’ve had ongoing issues with a vehicle I leased from here, and the service department has been completely unhelpful. The car has spent more time in the shop than on the road, and I'm now stuck with a vehicle that feels unsafe to drive. To make matters worse, the warranty specialist gave me false assurances about getting a loaner—promised one on Thursday, but by Saturday, I was told there was nothing they could do. The lack of accountability and communication has been frustrating and disappointing. If you're considering doing business here, think twice. The post-sale support is virtually nonexistent, and I wouldn't trust them to stand by their product or their word. More

I was misled into agreeing to a "pull ahead" lease deal under the impression that my remaining payments would be covered in order to transition into a new lease with the dealership. While I understood I would be responsible for standard wear and tear, as well as outstanding property taxes, I was not informed—verbally or otherwise—that I would incur a $932.72 early termination fee, or a $495 turn-in fee, despite leasing a new Jeep through the same dealership and financing company. This lack of transparency feels like a deliberate omission in order to close the deal. Had these fees been disclosed up front, I would have chosen to complete the remainder of my original lease rather than take on nearly $1,430 in unexpected termination charges. Instead, I feel deceived and taken advantage of by Leo and Patrick. I have made multiple attempts to contact the salesman, general sales manager, general manager, and client relations manager via phone and email with no response. This complete lack of communication is not only frustrating—it is unprofessional and unacceptable. I feel thoroughly disrespected by this dealership’s management team and find this extremely disappointing from a publicly traded company. More
The finance manager assigned to my sale, Alli Ellis, was dishonest and entirely self-motivated. During our conversation, she was impatient and condescending, I'm told this is her personality in general. I w dishonest and entirely self-motivated. During our conversation, she was impatient and condescending, I'm told this is her personality in general. I wanted gap insurance and no warranty. She told me that I could not purchase gap insurance without signing up for an extended warranty which is not true. When I waffled on that, she assured me that I could simply call her to cancel the warranty within 30 days, allowing me to keep the insurance without the rest. I agreed to do that because I believed her. I followed through with the plan to cancel, contacted her NUMEROUS times (desk, cell, email) and she refused to respond to anything. Six emails and four voicemails went unanswered over two weeks. I finally contacted other admin people and drove to the dealership to ensure my cancellation was properly submitted. I then contacted her supervisor who also refused to respond. I was told by other employees that I was not the only customer having these issues with their finance team. This seems to be the standard - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. If you want to purchase at this dealership, I recommend you go with your guns blazing and don't back down until you get what you want. Expect no support after the sale and know that you'll have to go in person to get what you need. More
I would never go here again. I traded in my truck for a 2021 Ram 1500. There was a Taco Bell cup in the bed, accident damage on the fender, and the interior was dirty. The test d I traded in my truck for a 2021 Ram 1500. There was a Taco Bell cup in the bed, accident damage on the fender, and the interior was dirty. The test drive was fine and it was the right truck and miles that I needed. We couldn’t agree on a price and I asked for my keys back from the trade in and they wouldn’t give them back. I asked for them back several times and they kept stalling. I didn’t see the damage on the fender until right before we signed papers and they finally agreed to fix it. Someone had run into a pole and didn’t fix it. The vehicle also had a recall that wasn’t repaired. We made an agreement for them to drop the truck off after the fender was fixed. The truck showed up with a 1/2 tank of gas and I had to give my tools to the salesman to remove my old license plates. They were supposed to transfer the registration but did not transfer the plates. After a week I noticed the spray in bed liner was peeling and they refused to warranty the work. Also, it’s been almost 30 days and they still haven’t paid off my loan. I’ve emailed Patrick Sullivan, Michaela Puckett, and Alli Ellis with no response. I called Bianca Dinu and Leo Alsalih with no response. Bought the car 10/7 and it’s now 11/1. Nothing has been resolved. Do not go there. Do not give them business. Stay away. More
