At the foundation, or should we say chassis, of Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram is a desire to bring drivers in the greater Tysons Corner area an assortment of new and used cars capable of transforming everyday commutes into something a little more extraordinary. This is why we sell only new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM models such as the Grand Cherokee, 200, Charger, 1500 and Durango, and mint-condition used cars. But, that simply wasn't enough. So, in addition to our new and used car inventories renowned across the state of Virginia, we decided to add a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM service center commanded by a team of experts hand-picked for their knowledge, passion and promise to treat every car as if it was their own... and because we know there are still people set on doing it themselves: we added a genuine Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM parts shop.

Update- On 11/08/24 Navy Federal finally recieved the loan payment from Koons and the loan was paid off. I bought the car 10/7. After going back and forth with Celia and Felipe from Koons they said they would pay for the bed to be properly lined. I took it to two LineX places, my own dime, and Koons didnt not overtly say no but stated the amount was too much for them to pay and asked I drop off the truck at the dealer so they could take it somewhere. After work I drove over there and dropped it off and Felipe didnt realize I needed a car to get home. He took care of it but then the next day I had to rush home to get the keys because they had to swap out the rental for another rental. I picked up the truck a few days later and it was sprayed by Rhino Linings. They did an OK job, theres some bed liner running in certain spots but it will do what i want it to do. I picked up the truck, a 1/4 tank lower, and drove home. A few weeks later I've been contacted twice again by Alli Ellis to provide updated insurance, 2 months later, for some reason. Mind you I provided insurance the night I purchased it, because paperwork at the DMV needs to be processed still? Needless to say out of the 5 cars I've purchased at dealers since 2010 I will NEVER be going to a Koons dealer again.
