This is why we sell only new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM models such as the Grand Cherokee, 200, Charger, 1500 and Durango, and mint-condition used cars. But, that simply wasn't enough. So, in addition to our new and used car inventories renowned across the state of Virginia, we decided to add a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM service center commanded by a team of experts hand-picked for their knowledge, passion and promise to treat every car as if it was their own... and because we know there are still people set on doing it themselves: we added a genuine Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM parts shop.

How is addressing my concerns afterwards going to help me now? It’s not!! Now that my experience has gone public and I’ve expressed how I was treated at the dealership you want to use this opportunity as a learning lesson and address my concerns. What concerns?? I paid for a repair, was treated better by your staff (David, Mister and John) vs your so called unprofessional management and now your want to talk to me. About what? I asked for consideration during this unpleasant experience and none was given. Unless your planning on providing me with a full refund and a apology; then we have nothing to talk about and I stand by my honest review of the dealership.
