Where others refuse to do business over the phone, Koons was able to work with me given my situation. When I got there, everything was prepared and made the transaction so easy. In addition, when I inspected the car I found a minor small scratch which the sales rep, Julian insisted on taking care of while I finished the paperwork. In total I probably spent a little bit over an hour at the dealership. By far this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend! More
