Writing this review sucks as im very displeased because the over all experience of buying the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport turbo. Been looking for a while for this particular vehicle with everything this on the over all experience of buying the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport turbo. Been looking for a while for this particular vehicle with everything this one has and when found i was excited i was going to have the car i desired, Received a msg from a Rasheed Fard to come check it out. Told him i was on my way be there in a bout a hour to hour and a half. Once i got to this dealership thats when the night mares began. Parking forget it unless you want to tear your car up driving over a curb to park in the grass and with the rain and storms moving through i wasnt interested in a tow bill to get out. Tried calling this salesman for 45 min no answer what so ever. So after looking i figured it was a bait and switch type of scam. When i left i pulled into the parking lot next door to try one more time and i seen the car i wanted. I drove back to the dealership and finally found a space to park to inquire about the car, I asked to speak to a FEMALE sales rep and felt like i had committed a crime for asking such a request. I really dont care how good the salesman was that started the process the thing was they knew i was in route and had a time frame of when i would be there. The young lady i had the most wonderful pleasure of meeting Juliette was totally ready for the challenge at hand not only did she have to convince me that this dealership was worth me time but that they deserved my business. well i must say this young lady stepped up and started correcting the short falls of her co workers and we got down to the business of this car quickly during our test drive i never in my life enjoyed a test drive as much as i did with her shes very informative and was determined to get me what i wanted. Well back at the dealership it wasnt hard to see the why she shined above the others the smiles and personality and feeling that you mattered was evident in her job. She then told me they needed to test drive my vehicle i was trading which was fine. I guess the Used Car manager is the person that performs the drive test. well i must say if i knew this and the lack of responsibility i would have walked away and refused the deal. after the test drive i was finalizing all the paper work he left the window down in my car and in mist of a torrential down pour of rain i ended up with about 1 to 1 and a half inches of rain in my car to drive home with til Friday. i went back to say something about the idiot leaving the window down and Juliette met me at the door asked what was wrong i told her she walked out to the car looked at the situation needless to say she was very upset and went back in i was figuring an apology from the guy for being irresponsible and uncaring but NOPE little Juliette was once again the person to calm me down and asked to handle the situation. Everything about this experience im giving 1 star Juliette I cant rate you because theres no rating for the 10 star performance you delivered and i appreciate every effort you made making this car possible for me. More

Bough a car here a month ago. Still have not received an answer when I will get my full tags. Contacted the sales person at least 4 time, no clear answer provided and now my tags Still have not received an answer when I will get my full tags. Contacted the sales person at least 4 time, no clear answer provided and now my tags expire tmw so I won't be able to drive or use the only car my family currently has. Also, they only give you $20 of gas when you purchase the car not a full tank like anywhere else. It's a shame since the sales person was super nice. But the whole experience overall leaves a lot to be desired. More

Great deal on a new Hellcat from Craig. Couldn't get anywhere close to that price from any dealer within 200 miles of me. So I went to Craig at Koons. Two months from order to delivery.
