I brung my vehicle here before and I waited while they fixed it. It was a good experience and everything was great. Taher Sannawi was fantastic. I recently decided to go back here because my car has had some issues. So my boyfriend took my car in and got an oil change and they checked for what was wrong with the car. (I’m still trying to figure out why an oil change is so high here but whatever.) They put it in the paperwork we received. Upon coming back the price went from Almost $300 to $2000+ I’m not sure why it wasn’t written in the paperwork how much EVERYTHING would cost us. Let’s just say Arielle Kuchwara is terrible at helping us. She has been caught in several lies. I have all the text messages. We were told our part would get to the shop on the day of our appointment, an it would be fixed that night. Arielle even texted me and told me. The next morning the part wasn’t there, not only was it not there I wasn’t called and notified and my car wasn’t even worked on. My boyfriend came in and they told him then, and told him he had to get a rental, of course he has to pay for this as well. On top of the over charge of fixing our car. I’ve asked for a supervisor to call me, no one did. They would have you on hold for so long, so unprofessional. Arielle even said something wasn’t right with our price. Why am I paying someone almost $1000 in labor to put a part on my car. On top of that 5 hours?? I’m basically paying for them to take their time with my car just to take my money. That’s stealing at this point. I was told we would get a refund for our rental after 24hrs. As of now, it never happened. We were told they would vacuum out our car, because clearly they treated us like trash, they never did just saying anything to look good at this point. Just a bunch of lies. At least they could have cleaned my rims it had black grease smudges all over them. Their just trifling. Never again will I come here unless I don’t have to see or deal with Arielle! Luckily my boyfriend was there and not me. I prefer Owen mills. More

Bought a used Chevy Colorado from here. First thing if you have to deal with the salesman Jason either leave the lot or ask for a different salesman. The Saturday I bought the vehicle he sa First thing if you have to deal with the salesman Jason either leave the lot or ask for a different salesman. The Saturday I bought the vehicle he said it was going to the detail shop and the auto shop to get inspected. So I figured Monday I would have an update about when I would get a delivery. Did not receive a call, I called around 5 and I got from Jason "not sure, will know more tomorrow'. I was like ok should have an update on Tuesday. Tuesday goes by I do not receive an update. So Wednesday I call and he is not even there and I have to deal with another salesman with my delivery. I finally get the vehicle and a couple weeks go by and I do not receive plates. So I call and they say you have to get a PA State inspection done before we give you the plates. Even though that's not how PAs inspection works you need to have the plates and registration to get that done. I was told by multiple shops this. I call Jason and instead of trying to help and listening to what I have to say. He tells me I am wrong and that he sells at least 3 cars to someone in PA month. I called a couple more shops to verify and they said the same exact thing. Maybe its just the salesman I dealt with but I will not be dealing with this dealership again. More
