I would've never thought that a dealership within Tyson Corner had terrible service. I purchased a brand-new 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate, that began having issues within 1200 miles. My wife and I noticed a bu Corner had terrible service. I purchased a brand-new 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate, that began having issues within 1200 miles. My wife and I noticed a burning smell within the engine compartment. At that time, I looked underneath the vehicle and noticed oil dripping from the oil pan. We also noticed that the heated seats feature wasn't working as it should. Lastly, the stereo will automatically sync to my phone and begin to play in the middle of the night. I took the truck to the service department for repairs, and nothing was resolved after ten days. The service writer lacked compassion and tried to ignore my complaints. Not to mention, I had a scratch on my tailgate, oil and grease stains on my leather seats, arm rest and steering wheel. There is so many issues with the sales and service team members here. At this current time, my complaint has reached their specialist who conducts an internal investigation. But, I haven't heard anything as of yet. Oh, I still have every issues with the truck as mentioned previously. Nothing was fixed! More

Terrible service. Dropped my car off at the body shop to fix some scratches. They gave it back with more dings and dents in the paint then when I dropped it off.
