I got a flat tire while on the highway and knew about Koons Chevorlet. I stopped in to see if they could do a quick tire change. I spoke with Sylvia Westerlund first. He got my car in right away. The tire change took a little longer than I thought, but part of that was due to the kind of tire my car needed. I had an outstanding experience from the moment I walked into the front door. I was greeted appropriately - my arrival was expected and the staff was ready and prepared to show me the vehicle that appeared into the front door. My salesman was Alvaro Rodriguez. He was professional and informative. We worked with a gentleman in Finance, the name escapes me, but he was quick and efficient. No one "danced" around my questions; rather, each one addressed my concerns individually and effectively. The entire experience was accurate and efficient, friendly and professional. I have already recommended this dealership to several others. I had to take my car into service for a recall notice; the job was completed even quicker than I had been told and I received three different communications letting me know that the job was completed. You have your operations and systems in place; your staff is well-trained; your ability to meet the public's needs from my experience, is outstanding. Thank you. More
Yesterday my wife Susan and I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal GXL Turbo (option package RL 5) from Koons Chevrolet-Buick-GMC in Tysons Corner, VA. This feedback shares our very positive experience with th Regal GXL Turbo (option package RL 5) from Koons Chevrolet-Buick-GMC in Tysons Corner, VA. This feedback shares our very positive experience with the car, the dealership and its people. We visited Koons GM Tysons Corner on 2 successive days to test drive, and then to purchase, a Buick Regal GXL Turbo. We met Jeff V coming in the door of the dealership, and he quickly introduced himself and arranged a test drive in a vehicle with the options packages we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its construction and features, and hosted us on a long and varied test drive which gave me (the primary driver of the vehicle) a good opportunity to check the car out on all kinds of roads, traffic and speed conditions -- not an easy matter in Tysons Corner. While we discussed pricing, the GM, Pat Fogarty, stopped in and introduced himself, emphasizing that the overall dealer experience and climate of the dealership and the car-buying experience was important to him as the owner and GM and the staff. I have been researching upscale sport sedans for several months, and had been impressed with the Regal Turbo at the DC auto show in January 2011. I was immediately impressed with the styling, fit and finish, handling and overall performance of the car. Its closest competitor in terms of value, the Acura TSX, was slightly less expensive, and is a more hard-core sports sedan, without the extraordinary interior appointments and supple ride of the Regal. Tho more of a luxury sedan than a pure sports sedan in my opinion, the Regal acquits itself very well in acceleration, handling and overall quality. It compares favorably to the Infiniti G37 and the BMW 300 series, but costs thousands less. I had been impressed with the car's reviews, and when I viewed it at the auto show, and the test drives I took with Jeff cemented my interest in the car. I was hooked. We test drove five other automobiles before returning the next day. Jeff, John and Pat were friendly, courteous and calm during the entire negotiation and price agreement process. After the sale was made and while the paperwork was being prepared, we talked and enjoyed each others' company -- they had all the time I needed though it was a Saturday, busy and hectic. Based on our experience, I would recommend Koons GM Tysons, and the staff, to anyone in the market for a GM car. If you like a strong combination of peformance and luxury, and you've not considered the Regal CXL, you're missing a serious contender. Charlie and Sue Buhl, Herndon, VA More

This is the first totally favorable auto service experience I have had in over 50 years. I took my 07 GMC Denali in for allignment and oil change. I mentioned to Servive Manager Davis my unhappy ex experience I have had in over 50 years. I took my 07 GMC Denali in for allignment and oil change. I mentioned to Servive Manager Davis my unhappy experience with GM over a faulty instrumentation lighting problem I had reported 2 times to my selling dealer (not Koons). Each response was, that's the way 07 lights work and it is not a defect. Sorry. I then reported the problem to GM directly in August, 2010. Got the same courteous response, Sorry. Mr. Davis followed up on the matter and reported that the problem has been the subject of a Bulletin since Jan. 2008. He had me come back in and completely replaced the instruments, under warranty. In addition to the favorable instrument matter, I was very impressed by the courteous and attentive reaction of the service department personnel. I was given estimated times for service completion which were met; the courtesy shuttle van worked perfectly and ontime; I received updates and estimates of completion time and cost, all of which were met. Overall, I am very pleased with this experience. More

I have never had a better experience, with regard to the service on my 2004 Tahoe, than the experience I have contnuously had with Koons of Tysons. This is due mostly to the dedication of Bill Apell in ensu service on my 2004 Tahoe, than the experience I have contnuously had with Koons of Tysons.
