The only issue I have with Koons was that I had to wait over four hours on my initial visit and the day I accepted delivery of my new Denali. Overall, my car buying experience was outstanding made in large part to my sales person Maks Seriki. The experience was AWESOME. We live in Hampton, VA and Dave worked out the price and everything to line up our car over the phone and email. A local dealer could not meet the price at all. We arrived at 8 PM and Dave stayed until we got there and we left at 10:30 PM. He thoroughly went over the features and did not rush a thing, neither did the finance associate. Both were exceptional in their service. I would recommend everyone to buy from Koons, especially Dave. Words cannot say how appreciative we are. Dave follows up weeks later as well and never leaves a question unanswered. This has been our BEST experience by far, the bar has been set VERY high! More

Wayne in Finance also was part of this transaction, if something just doesn't seem right, make sure to ask, as he will explain or get the answer. I was actually headed to Toyota to purchase a Prius as I am moving to Los Angeles and the gas is much more expensive in CA. I had heard about the Cruze through ads, but really didn't take it as anything mo am moving to Los Angeles and the gas is much more expensive in CA. I had heard about the Cruze through ads, but really didn't take it as anything more than a qualifier to purchasing a Prius. When arriving, Maks introduced himself and we discussed my intentions and how I was simply curious about the Cruze. He guided me to a gray model and covered the items that distinguished the Cruze from the competition in addition to the Hybrids. In particular, he explained the smaller engine with turbo charged to perform when needed. The interior is modern and hip to design from the color of the fabric to the usb input. After a negotiation of my trade-in in which the dealership matched the Toyota offer, I agreed to the purchase. The motivation for this response to Chevrolet is two-fold. First, I recently took a road trip to Panama City Beach, FL, approximately 1000 miles. From there and back the vehicle performed well AND achieved the 42 mpg advertised. I was blown away with this. Given the features of my car, the body design and smooth riding, it is clear Chevrolet is back on track to dominating the market. I never thought I'd say this prior to driving the Cruze, but I strongly recommend this car to anyone considering gas mileage and a comfortable ride. The second reason for responding is that Maks has maintained a professionalism throughout this experience (including post-purchase) that is admirable and GM is lucky to have. Being a customer who shops around and deliberates it was different to interact with GM in that Maks was direct, honest and straightforward in our interactions. If you're smart, you'll ask him how he executes his day, greets clients and maintains a professional atmosphere. Good luck in the future. Clint Smith More

Management worked to get the most for our trade, which allowed us to buy additional coverage on the new vehicle.
