The only issue I have with Koons was that I had to wait over four hours on my initial visit and the day I accepted delivery of my new Denali. The experience was AWESOME. We live in Hampton, VA and Dave worked out the price and everything to line up our car over the phone and email. A local dealer could not meet the price at all. We arrived at 8 PM and Dave stayed until we got there and we left at 10:30 PM. He thoroughly went over the features and did not rush a thing, neither did the finance associate. Both were exceptional in their service. I would recommend everyone to buy from Koons, especially Dave. Words cannot say how appreciative we are. Dave follows up weeks later as well and never leaves a question unanswered. This has been our BEST experience by far, the bar has been set VERY high! More
